Love this place! & I would definitely come back if I ever had to! The staff is friendly, the office is always clean and quiet. My son had the best speech therapist, and he improved sooo much! Emily was amazing, and so sweet, and patient and very informative! My son is doing so much better because of her! My son literally did not want to leave. & he always looked forward to going!

After much research, I am grateful we found SPT! My son has made so much progress with his speech and is excited to go in for his therapies. All of the staff at this location (Richardson Tx) are kind and extremely helpful. Their offices/room are extremely clean and the items they use for their therapies ( toys, gadgets/colors, ect) are always organized. My little one recently started occupational therapy and loves the their gym. Again, their gym is kept extremely clean. Both of his therapies (Speech and OT) are patient, kind, fun and attentive to his needs. Both have a detailed plan on what they working on with him and measure his progress. I get updated details at the end of every therapy. We truly love and highly recommend Synaptic Pediatric Therapies!

Everyone in the Richardson office, from the front desk to all the therapists, are extremely kind and helpful! I have three children coming here for speech therapy and one is about to start occupational therapy as well and every time we see them, we have a pleasant experience. They’re even considerate of my other children when they accompany us.

We absolutely love this place! Our daughter was behind in her speech and we tried three other speech therapists before finding Synaptic. It was a night and day difference in the way they treated our daughter, worked with her delay, and helped her grow. She is now speaking proficiently and graduated from the program. She keeps begging to go back, but her therapist was so great that our daughter no longer qualifies for services. We are beyond thankful for them and recommend them to anyone looking for speech therapy

My son has been going here for speech+occupational therapy for over a year. Not only has he learned so much, I have learned so much about my son. The therapists are amazing, the front staff is exceptional! They focus on helping your child achieve goals, but never trying to force them into an expectation. This is a lovely place, and it has been amazing to see my son blossom.

My son attends the Wylie location and in all honesty we love it and my son loves coming here. He has improved so much and getting better and stronger with each appointment. His therapist is just amazing and my son gets so happy and excited when he sees her. They make payment and appointments as easy and convenient as possible for the parents. They also take insurance which is such a relief! They dealt with the insurance for us, we didn’t need to do anything! If anyone is ever looking for an speech or occupational therapist, look no further!
