Appointment time 7:30am. The office isn't even open until 8am. They confirmed appt. time at 7:30 3 times and they are not even open. Not a very professional office! If your appt. is at 7:30 don't waste your time be there at 8.

The staff there are very nice and courteous and are very helpful and organized and the ushers that take you to waiting room to see physician are helpful and friendly and answers any questions That you have with a smile Dr Haronian is a great doctor I would recommend to see I give the staff there a thumbs up👍

Dr. Kohan is an Amazing doctor and professional. He cares about his patients well being and treats them accordingly and accurately. I’m very satisfied and grateful for the treatments I receive under his care. He is one of the best doctors that I have had an honor of knowing. I thank God for him and his wonderful staff!!!

I’ve been seen by this group thought out my injury. They have been exquisite in their approach. I’ve worked in hospitals through out my career so probably approach these situations with a bias. They have far exceeded my expectations. They are kind, explain everything, they listen parking is easy there receptionists, the PA’s, scheduling are excellent. Well run practice. I’d recommend highly.

The office is great staff is helpful but if you are trying to reschedule or reach someone on the phone it's almost impossible they need better training especially when you constantly get transfered to the incorrect person and ppl just hang up. At this point I'm just going to have to miss my appointment because no one will answer the phone.

All staff are helpful also courteous. Office is always neat and clean. I highly recommend this office for your health care.

They were fast. And I didn’t see them physically hurt or yell at anyone. But that is pretty much all the good thing I can say. Besides that, close to no eye contact was made, almost no smiles, staff were in a rush. Made us wait for a long time in the room, but once the doctor did arrive everything was over in less than 7 minutes. Constantly seeing them walking hurriedly back and forth through the hallway. The doctor’s coat was stained. Some of the nurses were unprofessional with each other. I could overhear them gossiping, complaining, and saying words like “idiot” and “I don’t care”. Frankly, I wonder if all the good reviews are about the same doctor’s office. Maybe there is a very caring and compassionate doctor in here somewhere. But we didn’t see them, unfortunately.

This office has truly done what so many others couldn’t. I highly recommend them. They are so efficient and you can tell that they’re very experienced. I’ve been coming here for months and all I have to say is thank you thank you for everything!! You’ve helped me when I was at my lowest.
