The physical therapy provided is really basic. One therapist works with four patients at a time. It is not worth the time to have therapy there. Seeing a doctor takes at least 40 minutes. The whole organization is run like a factory to generate as much money as possible. More patients booked produce more money.

Front counter staff has always been disrespectful, condescending, ignorant. They belittle patients and talk down to them. They don't display knowledge on basic information requests. Constantly ignoring patient because of their side conversations or being on their phone.

If you have an appointment, you'll more than likely be seen an hour after. Either they are really slow or they overbook appoints for the day. Every time I went, I had to wait for over an hour after my appointment to see the doctor. Also, they have set up a temperature tripod for covid-19 but they only use it right before you're going to see the doctor. Meanwhile, they have you sitting in the overcrowded waiting room with everyone else. They need to use it before people enter the waiting room. This just goes to show that they don't care about their patients.

They are very slow at seeing patients. Every appointment I've had I've had to wait at least minimum of 45 minutes later than my set appointment time. You would think they'd try and get you out of the office as quick as possible considering COVID. Not the case.

Nunca contestan el teléfono cualquier duda no te ayudan dejas msj y no lo contestan vas y no te atienden que tienes que hablar y pues sigues igual. Tengo más de un mes pidiendo mi expediente medico y toda no puedo conseguirlo
