I was in pain daily and also at times couldn't walk due to the pain being ao intense. I tried physical therapy, chiropractor with no relief. After utilizing the tools and stretches that symmetry gave me im finally feeling better i haven't had to miss any more work. Having been using the corrective exercises to help with my postural realignment since April and I can tell a difference. I used to sit more slouched in my lower back with shoulders rounded forward. Now it hurts to sit like that. Great progress so far!

I was looking for a new physical therapist for some nagging injuries when a friend suggested I try Symmetry instead. From my first visit I to Symmetry I could tell that it was a unique and special place. It's different than any other physical therapy or performance enhancement office I've been to and has been more effective as well. I was an athlete for many years and lived a very physical lifestyle which had done a fair amount of damage to my body, specifically my lower back, wrists, and feet. After a couple surgeries I wasn't feeling great my normal physical therapy had become stagnant. I was feeling stuck and Symmetry has changed that and more. The positive impact began with the first routine and has just continued to grow the more I go. The custom measurements and routines have helped me access a new dimension of functionality, healing, and strengthening that I knew I needed but couldn't find until I went to Symmetry. I love their focus on improving overall alignment and it has resulted in a steady reduction of my pain. With a physically demanding lifestyle I often get "surprise" lower back pain that can last 2-3 days. I say "surprise" because I don't always know what I did to cause these bouts of pain. Symmetry has reduced the frequency and severity of this pain, allowing me to focus on posture and strengthening my of core, back and other muscle groups in addition to reducing my back pain without relying on medication and epidural injections. Now that I'm a few months in I know the routines are making a huge transformational impact on my health. I'm so grateful to have found Symmetry and will be doing these exercises for the rest of my life. I truly believe every single person should do this program. Loved my time with Symmetry. If you put in the time, the program works. It feels amazing to be off of meds and living a clean life without pain meds and having my body feel the best it ever has. Patrick and all the crew at Symmetry are top notch. They really know what they're doing with regard to assessing your body alignment and making a plan to fix it! The atmosphere is very spa-like without being pretentious, and still has a casual vibe, but also feels professional. Having been a client there for a number of years, and having many chronic conditions, I credit them with keeping me ambulatory and upright! Float tank is a nice service as well. It's well worth checking out!!

Got a Groupon to try this out and I loved it. I will definitely be back and probably will be a regular at this location. I was in search of Aqua therapy for my multiple injuries and this hot salt water soak did wonders. Location is good loads of parking staff is friendly the place is immaculately clean. The vibe here is so chill that I fell asleep in the tub. With my blow up pillow it was great. The best nap I've had in years. I will definitely be back! And I recommend it to everybody who has any kind of pain. Or just wants a relaxing spa day.

The staff at Symmetry are so kind and caring and are dedicated to helping people achieve their goals. I have avoided having a hip replacement surgery because of doing the routines that are specifically made for me. I look forward to doing these routines to continue to feel better and better.
