Symmetry Physical Therapy

One of the best Physical Therapy spots I have been to (and I have been to many), If you really want One-on-One Patient Care this is your spot. I came here due to a chronic neck pain and ended up fixing almost all my body in a few months (Neck, Shoulders and Legs). Fabrizio and Jose both are amazing and I`m beyond grateful we have met, besides the fact they both were very professional and instantly identified the root cause of the pain the personal approach made the difference. Highly recommend to anyone!

Where do I start, I had a concussion and the after effects were impairing my daily life. I am someone who does some deep digging before setting up appointments, after sometime I stumbled upon Symmetry and found Dr Tessa that was a concussion specialist. Those who suffer from post concussion symptoms know that most doctors think that all our symptoms is all in our head and that we are fine, I just know I wasn’t so I decided to go into physical therapy, specifically vestibular therapy. I called and they were able to schedule me in next day, I met Dr Tessa and I immediately felt cared for, I told her all my symptoms, she diagnosed me and we started my physical therapy. Loved the positive and fun energy from everyone in this place, It was a wonderful experience, this place truly cares about your well being, despite my financial hardships they were willing to work with me to the best they could. Although my therapy was short lived because of my personal financial situations, I improved to 90 percent capacity in my every day function with just a few sessions, I know by listening to their recommendations, I can l get back to 100 percent function. I will forever be grateful and highly recommend this place to anyone that needs help! You guys are the best.

During a trip to Miami, I discovered Symmetry PT. At the time, I was struggling with acute shoulder pain, and my wife was dealing with pain in her Achilles tendons. At Symmetry, we both achieved a full, complete, and pain-free recovery. The treatments were handled by Tr. Tesa, who provided a combination of acupuncture and manual therapy. Her expertise and effectiveness were truly impressive.

I do extensive research before booking a medical and I received the recommendation to go to Symmetry Physical Therapy from multiple friends in different sport friend groups. The care received is unmatched, they have all the tools necessary, and my experience each time was extremely enjoyable. Glad to have Tessa explain everything and heal me as she did. I would recommend this location for everybody.

Symmetry Physical Therapy is the best! If you’re looking through reviews to figure out where to go for PT in Miami, no need to look any further. I saw Dr. Tessa to try to increase flexibility in my knee (after an ACL and lateral meniscus tear) before getting surgery. Using a few different methods, she was able to help me regain a significant amount back in just the first session. Thanks, Dr. Tessa!

I have nothing but the best reviews for this group. I have had horrible knee pain for more than 9 months. I have had X-rays, MRI and even went to a couple of different PT offices and it seemed like nothing worked. I felt like I needed to give up any physical activity all together. I went in for one session with Symmetry Physical Therapy and they recommended dry needling on the pain spot on the Patella Tendon. A quick 20 min session and I was out the door. My knee was sore for about a day but then so much better. I would recommend this treatment for anyone.

I have been coming to Symmetry Physical Therapy for over a month now and I will not go anywhere else! The staff is highly attentive and accommodating. The facility is very well kept and clean. Dr. Tessa has worked wonders for my body and has allowed me to get back to 100%. The entire staff is amazing and it feels like your visiting family every time you come. Everyone knows you by your name and they all make you feel at home. 10 out of 10 will recommend to anyone seeking physical therapy!!!

I can't say enough good things about Symmetry PT -- everyone is wonderful! Tessa has put me back on the path to living a normal life again through transformative one on one therapy sessions. I look forward to my time with her and feel like I'm undoing years of accumulating immobility. My only regret is not finding her and Symmetry sooner!
