Swift MRI and Physical Therapy

Service was quick and efficient! I was greeted with a friendly smile at time of check-in by the receptionist, as well as the other techs. Paperwork took all of 3-5 minutes. My procedure took 20 minutes. They offered a safe place to store my clothes and belongings. You're able to request a choice of music and I chose spa music. They also gave me a pair of ear plugs and props to get my body in position comfortably. I would recommend Swift for your MRI/PT needs. Especially, if you're trying to get in an out in a timely manner. Thank you to the staff for all your help.

I really enjoyed the staff. I had a hard time staying calm while going into the mri machine. I felt so bad but the staff reassured me that it was normal and were very patient with me. I really don’t think I would have been able to do the mri today if they weren’t so kind.

Front desk was very nice. Nice locker w/lock to hold your personals. Technicians were very nice, explained everything that was to b expected & made sure I was warm & comfortable. The earphones were a nice relaxing touch. The office it self is beautiful & very relaxing.

The staff was amazing. I am extremely claustrophobic and they did everything they could to make me comfortable. They have the best attitudes as well. I felt so welcomed

Very nice people there. I arrived very early for my appointment because I live so far away from them, I checked in about an hour early and they got me in as soon as possible. My scheduled appointment was for 11:15 and I was on my way home at 11:10. Everyone was fantastic

Timely service, pleasant personnel, clean facility. Only minor complaint: headphone piped-in music often interrupted by blaring radio commercial which was jolting and not conducive to relaxing or being still during the scan as I had been directed. Would have been better to have NO music.
