I went to Swapnali’s practice after a friend recommended. I had a neck injury and that caused a lot of nerve and muscle pain in the shoulders. Swapnali approached the problem holistically and not only just helped with the neck and shoulders but also worked on other issues in the body that were apparently connected to the neck. She has experience and thoroughly understands the story and context of the problems and find the root cause before trying to fix anything. I highly recommend her.
The best physiotherapist !! She did thorough diagnosis and took considerable time to understand the issue and developed the care plan that focussed on relieving the pain and regaining the strength.She is very knowledgeable and professional . I was suffering from severe neck and wrist pain.She developed care plan that included regular exercise and follow ups .Her sessions have been very helpful and focussed to provide quality treatments.The results have been beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend her for physiotherapy.
