I could not be more pleased with the care that my mom has received at SWAN Rehab. My mom is an incredibly independent and strong woman and her stroke came as a horrible shock to our entire family. I truly feel like every single staff member at SWAN Is fully dedicated in my mom‘s care and are determined to help her get her independence back. The commitment to my mom‘s progress and the communication we receive along the way is second to none. It honestly feels like they are a part of our family because the love and care that they show for our mom is so genuine and heartfelt. Beyond that, the energy in the facility is so upbeat and positive. The culture there is contagious and has helped keep my mom so positive and upbeat. We are forever grateful for our team of care at SWAN Rehab!

I have been a patient with SWAN Rehab on and off almost 2 years. When I began I was wheelchair bound and needed maximum assistance with my transfers and attempts at walking. The therapists always encouraged me even on my toughest days. Now I only walk with a quad can and working towards walking with a single point cane. The therapists and staff at SWAN are fabulous and I would recommend them (and I have) to anyone needing intense therapy and the support of those who care. Many rehab environments a patient can get lost, but not at SWAN. Everyone care for everyone. I appreciate all of the therapists and staff at SWAN and who knows, I may be back for a "tune up" every now and then. From the bottom of my heart...I thank you and praise you for your servant leadership and all you give to others every day!

It’s been a year and a half since my loved one started his physical, occupational, and speech therapy at Swan Rehab. It has also been a life altering experience for us both. The therapist are all so knowledgeable, experienced, and caring. I’ve seen them use their equipment in very inventive ways with their patients and the results are telling, not just with my guy but with other patients needing help. Swan is more than just a place to get physical, occupational, and speech therapy. It’s a place of hope, it’s a place of perseverance, and it’s a place to succeed. They care!

My mom has gone from a wheelchair to a walker and slowly working on using a quad cane in a matter of about 5 months. Everyone is sooo nice and work great together. They all keep eachother up to date on whats going on with people and all. I would recommend Swan Rehab to everyone

What a filthy dirty dump from the 1960s or 70s wood chairs they have no cushioning what's the weather or orthopedic positioning for the time that you have to sit there and wait forever to get service. The staff is rude inconsiderate and the facility is filthy, the owner actually works there at the facility but will never let you know that. If you're trying to get a powered wheelchair or other medical device you better pray that they don't send you to this facility for that device because I will take you forever to get it I'm talking not just months I'll talk to you about maybe a year if you do get it at all which I highly doubt that you will the place is dirty from from ceiling to floor to bathroom. Their communication what's our patients is the most lacking despicable aspect of the whole facility, frankly they do not care in the least about their patients it's all about the money the place looks like a 1970s dump of a house on the outside and the inside looks even worse they don't spend any money to maintain this facility whatsoever the equipment sold used and so is a staff!

therapist claimed Neurogenesis does not occur. I, and evidence bassed science disagree. In the past people gave up because the doctors said you could not recover. Everyone was wrong. The arrogance and stupidity of humanity is limitless. Contact me if you want resources/information that can help. Be warned though; it takes a ton of effort and pain.
