Wait has never been more than a few minutes with an appointment. Doctors address your concerns. They are knowledgeable and went out of there way to address new issues I was having without making a new appointment. I understand that will not always be the case. But, when they can they do. You are the priority here.

My first review was a little harsh so this is a revised review. Staff is friendly and kind. They did figure out what was wrong with me and gave me a plan. The PA i saw didn't seem to know a lot about my exact injury(at least that's the impression i got). This made me a little nervous but he was right. Trying to talk to the doc over the phone is next to impossible. overall this is a good place however.

All of the staff were helpful in answering all of my questions. They all put me at ease in my journey to getting my bilateral hip replacement and I absolutely recommend this place for anyone having any replacement or repair surgery. All of the doctors, nurses and staff have your best interest at heart. I have had a horrible thing (who wants to know their hips are shot!) turn into a very beautiful journey to walking pain free again! I give a big shout out to my doctor, Dr. Cluett for his awesome way of making my journey the best! Thank you to all of you!

Giving a 1 star because choosing zero is not an option. Refused care twice now when trying to resolve health issues for my children. They are not prepared to service our area. Always an excuse of the type of provider they do not have! Willing to forgive for the first mishap but not for this one!

Had a great experience! Was referred by expresscare after a bad ankle roll while running. (Paige is great at Expresscare!) Called this am, Dawn got me an appt. same day. Dr. Namkoong and his assistant were wonderful and answered all of my questions.

They dont answer there phone when u need an appointment. Vary upsetting.
