Sutton Park Center For Nursing & Rehabilitation

I recently toured Sutton Park in New Rochelle, and I was very impressed with the facility. The administrator personally came out to greet us, which made us feel right at home from the start. The staff was incredibly pleasant and welcoming throughout the visit. The facility itself is well-maintained and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. Based on my experience, this is a place I would highly consider utilizing in the future.

I called to inquire about various things concerning this center for a relative of mine and all I can say is wow. They truly took the time to carefully answer all of my questions and concerns and made me feel like I was not a bother. I truly appreciate the patience this administration has shown me. I believe this will be a great place for my relative!

Sutton park is such an amazing family oriented facility. The staff is always going above and beyond to ensure the quality of the rehabilitation of their patients. Always feels like home !

Update to my April 2024 post (below this update): My dad continues to be in this facility. Care continues to be great. The facility runs smooth under the leadership of administrator Leila Xhudo. I can't thank enough the care team that takes care of my dad: The 7am-3pm shift: Ms. Foster (nurse) and the dayshift CNAs, which i don't meet as i work during the day. The 3pm-11pm shift: The nurses: Richard, Ms. Darko, Ms. Brown and others whose names i can't remember, and CNAs: Jacqueline, Rose, Sharon, Debbie and others. And, the 11pm-7am shift. The cleaning personnel: Jack, Pedro and others, who keep the facility spotless. The kitchen staff that make the delicious meals and take the time to puree my dad's meals. The receptionists who are so welcoming. David at the cafe, who knows by heart the residents' diet needs. Personnel that does the laundry. Bravo to all and thank you all. Keep up with the good work. ------ I m so happy i brought my dad, who has dementia, to this place. They take such a good care of him. Everything is spotless in his room, including my dad, who smells soap everyday - yes, i do visit him everyday. I find him well taken care of. The staff is attentive and they check up on my dad all the time. They always answer the phone when i call. A very friendly, caring, and well run place! Bravo to all!

Our brother recently moved here and the staff was very open, kind and supportive. A special thanks to Annette and Isabelle who helped us - and our brother - feel more at home and settle in.

I'm very thankful 🙏 for the service here at Sutton Park for the wonderful care they give the nurses and staff are great loving and very supportive for the patients 😀 the admistater always find to talk with us she walks every floor with a smile on her face. Customer service department allows have to talk with me and my husband thank you Sutton Park the nurses 😊

Sutton Park did such a great job with their first Halloween fall festival. We had lots of fun!

Each time I go to see my father, I have been met with great care. The nursing staff were informative with all information regarding meal plans and medications for my dad. Thank you for the great care.
