Went in after a video appt the night before, to get tested for Strep. Close location and rapid service from very friendly staff. Tested negative for the fast response test, with a follow up test results, from my culture sample taken and submitted.

I needed a prescription refilled and could not get a quick appointment with my PCP so I used the video call and the PA was excellent and was able to help me refill my prescription without any issue. Amazingly easy to schedule and use. Saved me a trip to urgent care.

Scheduled a same-day video visit with this location. I checked in online, received a call about an hour before the visit for registration, and met with the doctor online at exactly the scheduled time. She was friendly and thorough, and prescribed the appropriate medications. I would absolutely go this route again.

Went here for a flu shot and they were helpful and efficient. I was in and out in less than 10 min. The only downside is that there is no dedicated parking and you have to pay for street parking in that area. I went around 6pm, so I found a spot easily, but I'm not sure how difficult parking is during normal working hours or on weekends

The office is very well organized and clean. The staff is caring and efficient. I had a flu vaccine that I didn't feel at all. The only issue is parking, after driving around a few blocks I luckily found one a block south of the office.

Very impressed. I was greeted within a minute literally. Filled out the paperwork and in about five minutes received both shots. Flu and Covid.Due make an appointment. I made it the day before. However, Sutter is not CVS or Walgreen's etc. Supply and demand. Thank you

This was the fastest I have ever experienced taking my flu shot. I walked in to the bldg, nurse looked up my name to verify my appointment. Walked me over to a inner office. Gave me the shot and it was done. Total wait and injection was maybe 7 minutes at the most.

This Walk-in Care office is okay. They have a very limited number of urgent care services so please don't mistake it for an urgent care like I did. I had strange uncommon back pain that I thought might have been due to a kidney stone, and essentially was told to go make an appointment with my PCP (which would have been 3 months out) or go to ER (duh). The front desk staff was talking loudly to other staff about what I came in for, and other patients got to hear that information. The staff decided not to even take vitals, which was odd to me. Of course, I didn't ask or demand this, I just quietly mentally noted this, thanked them for their time and left. As someone who pays about $900 each month for this health insurance for just myself, I expected to at least have vitals taken, or just send a message to my PCP for awareness and not be shooed away so quickly. I'm a "low risk" beneficiary, meaning I am totally and completely healthy, with no reason to ever actually utilize the health insurance I'm paying for, other than for the standard preventative care. Factoring this, I would have at least taken vitals if a normally healthy patient takes the time to come in complaining of possible kidney pain.
