Sutter Urgent Care - Yuba City

I have gone here twice in the last 3 weeks. I did not have to wait long at all. It all went so smoothly. Restored my faith in urgent care! Please keep up the good work! The waiting room was EMPTY! This was a first for me!

My visit was on the evening of 10/26/24 for a bad cough/bronchitis. I had about a two minute wait, and got right in. I had the nicest nurse (I can’t recall his name!) and he was very courteous and professional. The physician that saw me was I believe Dr. Rad. She was also wonderful. It was way after closing time when she came in to see me, yet I never felt rushed or not cared for. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I would recommend this Urgent Care to my family and friends!

Didn't take long at all to be seen both visits there this month . The doctors allowed me to thoroughly explain what was going on listened and ordered the appropriate test for me! I was treated with dignity respect and very polite staff at the front desk as well as in the room in the x-ray room throughout my whole urgent care visit.

I had a frustrating experience with the billing department that I feel compelled to share. After my recent visit, I noticed several discrepancies in my bill. Despite having confirmed my insurance coverage beforehand, I was charged for services that should have been covered. I reached out to the billing department for clarification, and the response was less than helpful. It took multiple calls to get any sort of resolution, and even then, it felt like I was being passed around without anyone taking real responsibility. Each representative I spoke with seemed uninformed about my situation, leading to further delays and confusion. Ultimately, this mishandling of my billing not only caused unnecessary stress but also cost me money I shouldn't have had to pay. It’s disappointing to feel like I’m dealing with a system that lacks accountability. I hope they can improve their processes to prevent this from happening to others in the future. Although I will not be using this facility in the future due to their lack of common sense. It's easier for me to drive an hour and make sure I'm taken care of.

I had a good experience at Sutter Urgent Care. I did have a 45 minute wait as it was busy, but the admitting staff were pleasant and explained that there would be a wait. The nursing staff was great. I had to have a blood draw, and the girl was very personable and did everything she could to make it better when my vein wouldn’t “cooperate!” The attending physician, Dr. V. Midha was very patient and understanding of my concerns. I had to have a CT scan, and the two gentlemen were very nice, and when the one couldn’t get my IV started, (can’t remember his name!)he called down the second one (Eric) who used a Doppler and got it started. My Dr. didn’t have my test results back after I got back to my room, and assured me they would call me at home. Within an hour of arriving home, I got a call with my test results. The entire experience was very positive!

The people were really friendly, professional and fast. They were very calming through my visit and explained everything to me. The meds were taken care of and were ready by the time i got to CVS. I was really appreciative of their time and concern.

First time at this facility and I have to say that I was impressed. Arrived at the facility around 9am on July 3rd, only 2 patients ahead of me. The lady at check in was pleasant and helpful; the wait to see a doc was only about 45 minutes, a lot quicker than I had anticipated, which was nice. The nurse who took my vitals was very upbeat and had a good sense of humor. I waited about 15 minutes in the room before the Dr came in. He was efficient and had a good attitude. He examined me and told me what he thought was going on with me, ordered X-rays which were taken right away. The X-ray techs were very nice and gentle and quick. Waited about 40 minutes before Dr Hayes came back into the room and he said after viewing the X-ray we needed to schedule an MRI. For that we needed insurance approval, so they will contact me at a future date for that. He had a nurse come in to give me an anti inflammatory shot. Her name was Ashley and she was great with the shot, I didn’t feel it, which I appreciated. All in all I received excellent, expedient care and I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone needing same day care.

Doctor Mishra was very kind, friendly, empathetic and caring. Gave us plenty of time for concern and questions and offered solutions to alleviate our sons problem. Felt like our son was in good hands and that the wait time was short for great care.
