Sutter Urgent Care - Castro Valley

I had a very positive experience at Sutter Urgent Care right next door to Eden Hospital. It was a Sunday morning. The greeting staff was very friendly and kind. I was seen within 10 minutes. The assistant that brought into the room was professional, spoke clearly, and very thorough Dr. Rodrigues was very good. She listened, examined my condition, explained everything , and prescribed medication to my CVS Pharmacy I could not have asked for better treatment

This urgent care is conveniently located near my home. And every time I've gone in I have received exception patient services. They are very organized and clean. They get you in and out but still give you amazing care to your needs.

I took my mom there for an infection on her finger on a Saturday, was expecting it to be super crowded but no! there were people waiting in the lobby of urgent care as well but we didn’t need to wait over 15 minutes to get care. Amazing! The nurse who checked out my mom was nice, sweet and very professional.

The Staff was pleasant. The wait was minimal , the MA’s were informative about the procedures being performed. I absolutely loved the Physician who talked to you not down to you! Explained plan of care, I absolutely recommend this Urgent care Facility!

went to Eden Hospital Emergency department yesterday for a broken foot but the lack of personnel to check in the long line, and the fact that I was told the wait for my injury would probably be at least 3-4 hours....I decided to go next door to Urgent Care. There I encountered the nicest people from check-in to discharge and was seen by a lovely doctor, had a foot x-ray, got the results (2 fractures), and was done within 1 hour! Wonderful, clean and efficient and SO much better than sitting in a hospital waiting room for hours.

I want to thank the staff in Urgent Care. They are all professional, kind and understood what I needed. This was the first time I needed help when I was not able to get a doctors appointment at my regular doctor's office for 3 to 4 days and I was in pain. Urgent Care was a great experience. Thank you agin.

Urgent care was great. But they were so concerned with my health history, they didn’t want to risk helping me there so I was sent to the ER. The nurse was great & the doctor was great. Thank you guys for trying to do your best to take care of me.

If you are not familiar with Eden Medical Center, finding Urgent Care is a real challenge. Call first to get detailed directions or you will be driving around and wandering around for a while, as I was. Staff were fine and care was decent.
