Sutter Rehabilitation Institute

My friend stayed here recently. His care was good, but getting any sort of response to requests for outpatient follow-up is useless. Nobody ever calls back.

Wonderful facility and phenomenal staff. Spacious, clean, organized, professional. Lovely courtyard, with fountain, vending machines a lots of room for privacy when visiting with family. The parking can be a bit tricky, especially for big trucks, but there a few spots that when open, are perfect.

We are very grateful for all the service provided to my wife after spinal surgery. From the housekeeping service to the doctor, nurses, therapists and dietitians, everyone deserves a big star of gratitude and professionalism. It is an exceptional center.

My 96 year old mom broken her hip and after surgery she went to a rehab facility which was not a good fit for her. We were blessed to have her transferred to SRI in Roseville. I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful and caring staff, nurses, the OT and PT staff were to our mom. The team was extremely responsive and we all agree to give a huge shout out to Executives Tammy and Stephanie, PT Robert, OT Christi, our wonderful Dr. Matthews and Dr. M, the amazing nurses - Josephine and Janine to name a few and the Security Team. Thank you to everyone and my mom will miss you all but so happy she’ll be heading home tomorrow. We love you all! GG and family 💕

Great hospital, great staff, BUT super busy. It’s the only large scale Hospital in a broad area of the foothills and Sacto valley, so it’s crowded.

Following 2 weeks at Sutter Rehab Roseville to recover from my cracked hip and pelvis, I am recovered and fully mobile again. Thanks to the professional team of Sutter physical and occupational therapists’ kind encouragement!

After a major thoracic, lumbar and sacral operation, I was transferred to SRI for a 12 day stay. The staff, nurses and therapists were all wonderful and personable, going above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. The facility was up to date and clean, and everyone was friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to return if ever needed and highly recommend SRI to anyone. Thanks, SRI, for making part of my recovery journey so enjoyable!

Rehab staff is great. Admin people not so much. Very little help, don't believe what they say about results, etc. In 2 days they determined when my mother would leave. We were told she would be walking, taking care of herself, etc at that point. Not even close. We're taking her to another facility since we were basically kicked out. 14 days and you're done regardless of where you're at. Pitiful. Rehab peeps get 5 stars. Case management people get 0.
