I’m usually not over-impressed with medical care but I truly was with my providers here! During my pregnancy I saw Madisen and postpartum I saw Karla. They were both amazing and very helpful. I really appreciated the PT care they provided me. My only complaints had nothing to do with them: 1) booking is far out usually and 2) needing a referral even though I’m PPO. Anyway, excellent place for PT with amazing providers!

Such a great experience today! I was greeted by Beth who was so friendly. I saw Holly and Maddie for pelvic floor PT and they were both so knowledgeable and supportive. I absolutely recommend pelvic floor PT for anyone who is pregnant or postpartum, especially with Holly and or Maddie. I look forward to my future visits with them and know it will help with my pregnancy and labor.

Physical therapist has issues with providing care to disabled patients (shocking I know). Was referred for treatment by multiple doctors FOR my disability. PT said she didn’t want to treat me BECAUSE I have the disability I was referred here for. When I called her out on it she began making up several random excuses. They were so kind as to wait until I drove 1hr (one way) to be there 10 minutes before being denied treatment on the basis that I have a disability.

I was referred to them by my primary who told me they were supposed to call me to schedule an appointment but they never did. I have called and left a voicemail 3 times over the course of 2 weeks and no one has returned the call. Terrible.

Called because I got a letter on MY HEALTH ONLINE stating that my referral for Physical Therapy was being redirected to Sutter Roseville Physical Therapy. I spoke to Beth and explained the situation in depth to her. She definitely was not listening and was impatient and dismissive!!! Even went so far as telling me if I did not want the Physical Therapy ???? That was NOT the reason for my call nor was it stated anywhere in the conversation with her!

I have had 2 knee replacements and couldn't have asked for a better place for my outpatient therapy. I refer everyone I know here. Kind, courteous, knowledgeable, supportive, accommodating. Even through the Covid crisis they were just fabulous! And SAFE!!!

Rob was very disinterested in performing any therapy while I was there. I came here for ~5 months after an ACL reconstruction surgery. I would sometimes have Rob, sometimes Heather. Heather was great and very interested in what was going on with me and my progress. Rob wouldn't remember which exercises he had me try and not try regardless of "logging it in his computer" lord knows what he was actually doing with the thing. I once showed up for a 4:30 appointment at 4:15 like I was instructed and came in early to watch Rob eat carrots in the office for 20 minutes. at 4:35 my appointment went under way and he was done with me by 4:50. A 15 minute PT session? Don't go to this office, it's your body and your health and I now have to start my PT over completely with a new therapist, as recommended by my surgeon. If you for any reason do get stuck here, don't get stuck with Rob.

Well, all I know is that Rob is great. He is one of the nicest men I know and is a wonderful therapist who has helped many people. He once diagnosed a woman with a broken neck and sent her back to her doctors office to get an xray. If you go to this clinic and get 'STUCK WITH ROB' you won't regret it.
