Sutter Physical & Hand Therapy, Auburn

I was referred here by Sutter. When I arrived I asked the office workers to check that it was covered by my insurance. They told me that it was, no big deal. 2 months later I have a $900 bill and was told on the phone that it is my responsibility to “really understand” my insurance. Seems to me that the people who do this for a living should maybe look into it before assuring me that it is. Also, I never got a diagnosis after 2 visits, and got a ton more relief from a massage. The therapist was nice, but these people ripped me off and then blamed me.

Paula did a great job for me with first a tendon in my ankle, then a year later, my knee. My results were better than I expected!

Angie worked with me after my knee replacement. Angie is outstanding! Fun to work with, kept me on my toes for a good recovery. All the staff was very helpful & friendly. Good location/parking too! Thanks again, Angie! 👍

This is an amazing PT Center with some amazing Physical Therapists; especially Mark Holberg and Paula Hajewski who both have what I refer to as 'healing hands'. However, and I have had to use physical therapy for over 25 yrs, at all costs, avoid Danny Panella! cj
