Sutter Outpatient Cardiac Rehabiliation Center

My Dr sent a referral for me in February 2023. I never received a call. I had my Dr send another referral in April and I also called and left a call back message. I was called the following week from someone there saying the nurse was out until Tuesday and she left the message on her desk. Waited two weeks.. still no call. I called again and was told the nurse was out until Wednesday and they had left another note on her desk to call me. Stated the nurse had to review my chart because “I had a lot going on”. Not sure what that was supposed to imply but it is now June and I still have not received a call from the nurse. Maybe my situation is too complicated? Very disappointing and i missed the opportunity to receive rehabilitation that I really needed.

36 sessions showed me how caring and professional all of the RNs & aids are. Thoroughly helped me when I needed and encouraged me to try just a little bit more. All while monitoring all. Extremely recommend!!!!
