Susan and her entire staff are upbeat, encouraging, patient, concerned, and bring fun to the sometimes grueling process of rehabilitation. With sincere interest in how progress is going, and a professional underpinning that properly protects the privacy of patients and seeks physician guidence when necessary, she pushes as needed and backs off if appropriate. And on days I don't feel motivated to keep working at it, her warm smile and the enthusiastic welcome from the entire staff at each appointment are very helpful! I've seen that they deal with everyone with the same concern and support, and on the few times I've had to wait just a few minutes (under 5) to be called back, other patients seemed as enthused about this practice as I am! That speaks volumes...

Susan is excellent: highly skilled, hands on, caring, and is a great listener. She gave me effective exercises, personal attention, and the motivation to improve. She took time to listen to me to diagnose my health issues and adjusted the exercises or treatment if needed.
