The staff at Vista, from the front desk to the physical therapy assistants to the physical therapists, are totally amazing. They are excellent at what they do. I always left feeling better than when I arrived. However, their cancellation policy prevented me from continuing Treatment. Sadly, I have a son who was recently diagnosed with a fatal heart condition. For this reason I often would have had to cancel appointments to care for him and this was not within their cancellation policy in speaking with the main office.

The care I have received at Superior is outstanding! Jon is exceptionally knowledgeable and skilled. I have come to trust him and his advice and I’ve seen significant improvement.

I am a new patient and was excited to get my physical therapy started. I show up early and am ready to go. Filled out all paperwork ahead of time. I was put in a room and have been here for a half hour and nobody has come in to help explain anything to me. I’m ready to leave and find a new place to go. This is next to golds gym on Flandro drive.

Physical therapy is still a developing science, and there's a lot I wish every PT practice did differently, although I did appreciate that this one tried to incorporate a few of my ideas. This location has a pretty good setup and team, but double books and follows standard procedure like anywhere else, for the most part, so I took away a star for physical therapy in general, not necessarily this particular practice. I've had several injuries over my life and have moved a few times, so I've experienced several PT practices, and what I find works the best is as follows : *Communicate options, listen to patient preferences, proceed as a provider - patient team. 1. Start with heat, either in the sauna (this location) or with heat packs (most other places). 2. Briefly run the massage gun over the whole body to loosen everything up. *** WARN PATIENT AND GET PERMISSION BEFORE TOUCHING CHEST, BUTT, INNER THIGH, LOWER ABDOMEN, ETC!)**** 3. Do either myotherapy (trigger point releases) or dry needles - and then myotherapy, making sure to hit ALL trigger points, not just those right by the worst area, since the body is connected... 3. Do a stretch once for each tight area, sending a list home. 4. Go over strengthening exercises once or twice, to ensure correct form, but leave those for at home. 5. Exercise and stretch a ton at home and let the PT put you back together at your next appt. 6. And for the provider - if there's a complaint, address it the same day, don't wait until it gets bigger.

10/10 would recommend this place for any and all physical therapy needs. Josh is so fun and friendly. He never makes me feel like just another patient but more like a friend. Everyone is so nice and fun to talk with. This is my second time receiving physical therapy from this location and I don't regret coming here.

The people at Superior Physical Therepy are so helpful and they show real concern for each person they are working with. It is accross the board that way, wheather it be office staff, Physical Therapist, or tecs. Everyone has there own program and all their staff will see you get the care you need. I am an old lady with many health concerns and without their help I would be in a wheelchair. If you need Physical Therepy they are the best.
