Superior Physical Therapy - 1st Street (Located in the Planet Fitness Plaza)

Great crew of people who know their stuff. They are always able to help at each visit and are willing to try new things. It's not just the same old routine that I can do at home although homework is highly suggested and given. They really look at how the exercises are working with you and evaluating my responses to improve upon each experience. I love that I am given things to improve my pain in daily use and even tips to use to avoid having to come back. They actually want me to get better, not just come back.

I have come to Superior Physical Therapy twice now for 2 different things and they were so wonderful to work with. Both Dallin and Nate listened so well and took the time to address my issues. I didn't feel like they were rushing me, even when they were super busy. They made going to physical therapy a good experience.

We got to join Superior PT for the ribbon cutting on the 1st street location. Great location with plenty of east-access parking for their clients, and we got to chat with several of the therapists who who’ll be working out of this spot. Everybody sounded knowledgeable and excited with the lower wait times that new clients will get to see now that they have the additional location.

Superior did a great job of helping me return to a life without pain. They were all so friendly and it was a relaxing environment to exercise in.

Highly recommend, they helped me more in one month than the other PT place did in 5. They explained things in a way I could understand, and helped get to the root of the problem.

I was referred to Matthew Wright at Superior Physical Therapy. Matthew and his team are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, polite and always have a smile for me. I had an absolutely amazing experience with this physical therapy place. I came in feeling skeptical because I wasn't sure if the numbness in my leg would ever go away. The student Rayce that was helping me throughout almost all of the therapy was always friendly and honest. He knew what he was doing and it gave me hope. I just finished my last appointment with Nate. He showed me the beginner basics of how to hinge and stabilize your spine before you sit, stand, lift, and do anything. He walked me through it step by step. Just a simple concept right? Well I already know it's going to change my life and prevent a lifetime of problems. Dallen runs a good team. The front desk lady is always so sweet. Thanks for everything, I'll definitely be recommending you guys to anyone who needs PT.

Great! Superior Physical therapy always makes me feel better. Only Superior Physical therapy has relieved my pain.
