Superior Performance Center: Serge PierreCharles, MD

Serge PierreCharles, is one of the best doctors I've ever had for my back problems, I would give him a 10 if it allowed me too, this doctor really looks out for his patients and really cares about them. He is in the middle of move to a new location right now and he will do telehealths with you to make sure you are alright, I appreciate his concern and heard work. Highly recommended!

The Superior Performance team is amazing and has helped me immensely in my recovery journey back to triathlons. I started physical therapy in September of 2022 and have enjoyed every visit. Everyone is very knowledgeable, friendly, and motivating! I love the at-home exercises I received throughout my care as they're great tools to add to my training outside of the clinic. I highly recommend this incredible team for all of your PT needs! Thanks to the SP team for getting me back to racing status - I couldn't have done it without you. Here's to a successful 2023 season!

I was so very pleased with my visit at the Superior Performance Center! The staff was welcoming and the facility was very inviting. It was such a calming environment, with a friendly professional atmosphere. I felt my opinions were valued and my privacy was respected as a client. The doctor listened to my concerns and took care of my needs, which is more than I can say about other facilities. I was pretty hurt, they shed some light on what all would work. Other places don’t care too much, but they do care!

I was referred to SPC as a pain clinic, however they are not a pain clinic they are more of a Physical Therapy clinic and messages. My severe pain was treated with medication to help me sleep. I was also offered a treatment that the Doctor had done a few times. He also said he could find someone that could do the procedure for me. I was really feeling very confident in the Doctor. The doctor also was very unprofessional, he was dressed in a running suit. The person that assisted him had no medical knowledge and I had to repeat things multiple times because of this issue. I believe she did the messages at this clinic. I would ask questions and make sure they can help with what you need and not force you into something completely different!

My podiatrist recommended Superior prior to foot surgery. Lee (the physical therapist) was incredible to work with. If you are looking for care that goes beyond what a "big box" ortho center offers, I cannot say enough good things about this place. Everyone from the office staff to the doc, Pt and MSk specialist were thorough, friendly, and committed to helping me get back to pre-injury performance levels. After surgery, I continued PT. My surgeon attributes my quick recovery (back to hiking/biking within 6 weeks of surgery) to the strengthening and conditioning I worked on at Superior prior to surgery. I've just "graduated" from physical therapy. While I am so glad to be back to my usual active self, I will truly miss the great staff and experience of working with them. Should I ever need ortho/physical therapy in the future, I will most definitely return. Many thanks to the whole team!

Honestly i have never met such a wonderful staff like the Superior Performance Center’s staff. The amount of excitement & eagerness they have in seeing to my mental and Physical wellness has Got me posting this Review even though I’m not the type too. With all the positive atmosphere in their facilities Im so happy to have found a group of people who have my best interests in heart. Amazing Experience!!!

I chose Superior Performance Center as my primary provider for me and my family. Not only it is easy to schedule appointment and be seen rapidly. You can even have an appointment to be seen the next day. They are very family oriented and the staff is welcoming and patient. They made us feel special!

This place is amazing, I have a history of extremely injured shoulders from 22 years ago dozens of dislocations playing football plus a few separations. Lived in with some pretty serious intermittent pain for over two decades... This staff is at the top of their game and put a plan together that has me throwing batting practice for my kid's baseball team. I'm blown away, I thought they were joking or selling me when they said we can get you to throw a baseball again. No offense to anyone else doing this type of work in the area but this is the place to visit. My only regret is that I didn't find them 10 years ago. Major thanks to all of the staff. I hope people see this and get motivated to fix the problems that are causing the pain.
