I got a call saying I was stressing the OT and her supervisor out, mind you I’m the parent that couldn’t get questions answered and they were always Very inconsistent. My daughter was with them for over a month and I was still up intel yesterday receiving Intake paperwork to fill out because they “forgot” about it. I was getting messages from the OT therapist after hours to get the notes signed. Her supervisor has messaged me saying I haven’t signed the paper work and over explained why I needed to get that done. I explained how the time notes were up wasn’t consistent so it was hard to just go in and sign with me not understanding the app and them not putting up the notes in a timely manner. I was being made felt as if I wasn’t doing my part as a parent, but it was just that everything was so inconsistent I was trying to send screenshots to have them understand me that I wasn’t receiving notifications about the notes being up! My daughter has had therapy since she was 2 she’s now 5 almost 6 and I’ve never dealt with a company like this. I come to find out today when the boss (that I’ve never spoken to) Dana calls me that all 3 of the people I was in contact with were all new. Which isn’t a bad thing but the same way I “stressed” them they should understand how overwhelmed they had me with pulling me from everywhere needing stuff done a month into my daughter being with them. Them discharging my daughter worked in my favor because I just yesterday had also spoke to her dad that saw how stressed I was & told him that I no longer wanted to work with them because of the way they went about stuff. Instead of finding solutions it was always a pointing finger and I would never want to work with a company like this again. I hope as these 3 girls get more familiar with the company other clients have better experiences than I had.
