Randi Shamitz of Sunrise Therapy was a wonderful therapist who truly cared about the mental health of my child. She was very helpful and you can tell she is educated in her field and experienced with children. She is compassionate and caring.

Disappointing and unprofessional! Made an appointment two weeks in advance. Day of appointment therapist was a no show. Waited in office 10 min. after appt. time, then another 15 min in parking lot after I made a second call and sent an email. Five (5!) hours later, I received a pitiful email stating that in fact they were there and saw me via camera but were just running late with another client. When I asked why I wasn’t called and informed even after I left a message that I would be waiting upstairs for 15 more minutes, the response was basically “sorry”. Red flags that I missed: 1. No one and I mean no one ever answered the phone- you have to wait for call back 2. Family member had told me that friend had similar issue (wish they would have posted a review).

This office is rude and unprofessional. The staff here is mostly concerned about pay and not your well being. If you call and try to schedule an appointment 9/10 they’ll say they’ll call you back and forget about you. No compassion.
