Just thought I would let people know how amazing the people are who work here , especially Leonardo Procel . I was probably at one of the most stressful points in my life since not only did I find out I was pregnant but I also had no health insurance and wasn’t able to get insurance from my employer until the enrollment period . Keep in mind I just found out I was three months pregnant with no health insurance and the enrollment period didn’t start until next year . So my whole pregnancy I wouldn’t have had any type of health insurance . I came into sunrise to do my check ups and had no idea where to begin . They advised me to apply for medical assistance which I did but ended up being denied . I was devastated and in tears . They advised me to speak with Leonardo Porcel and all I can say is Leonardo is the true definition of what it means to be kind and a role model for customer service . Leonardo went through my paperwork and fixed the mistakes I made on my packet and had all the patience in the world and did not give up on my application until we figured out my health insurance situation . I could never thank you enough for all that you have done and I hope to see more people like you work in places like these. People like you make such a big difference because you go above and beyond for your clients and that is everything. Thank you Leonardo Porcel for helping an expecting mother and her baby get the medical assistance they need .

The wait time was excellent. The staff was excellent above and beyond. First time at this clinic does not compare to the Greeley clinic. As far as it's being much more personal. The care that I received from Ms.Maier in Greeley was every good. Miss Hannah from Windsor has the same concern, She listened to my problem,she addressed them.

Sunrise is filled with doctors, nurses and other staff that are either entitled or incompetent. I had to fight tooth and nail to get into a place after I was in the emergency room for health issues the first time I called the woman was so rude and ended with a snotty "Try again tomorrow." I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to come get medical services from this place. Worst medical care I've ever received.

My first visit Sunrise Windsor was great. Everyone treated me kindly, the office is so clean and orderly and I met a wonderful referral to me Hannah Selnow. Thank you Sunrise Windsor 💃

Tucker is a awesome caring and does everything he can to assist any needs I may have. I really like his bed side manors

Zero stars is what I rate this place. On June 16 2023 I had a breach of confidentiality by the receptionist Amanda. Sunrise has not treated this situation correctly, or seriously. Amanda still has her job, so don't be surprised I'd she breaks confidentiality and HIPAA with you too... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I am always pleased. I just so happen to be very much under stress right now. Regan, Dr. Post. and Jacob helped tremendously.

I can't even put into word how incompetent the staff are that work here. I've never had a problem with a provider, but their entire facility/practice needs some actual management to reconstruct a lot of their practices/procedures. DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU CAN SPEND OVER 3 HOURS THERE!!!
