This therapy place is the best I have ever been to, the place is clean and has modern equipment but the therapists do a wonderful job. I am grateful to Zenn, April, because they dedicate their time to each patient to do their exercises and massages. If you are looking for a place where you need help to deal with pain. This is the right place, the therapists have a lot of patience and are professionals in their work. They have a wonderful charisma that makes you feel welcome. I definitely recommend this place 100% all the staff are kind including Jobi, Kathy, Carl. Thank you for helping us with the pain. I love the therapists here, they are very nice. They work very hard with all the patients. The exercises they give are great! The therapist Zen and her team make sure we get all the exercises needed for each our injuries. 👍🏼When my time is up I feel good. I tell all my friends and family what a great place Sunnyvale is! Last but not least the reception desk is very pleasant and social able. You feel very welcome there! 👍🏼

Very welcoming fun staff. They stuck with me all the way through my PT. Michael (Cutam) was great. Pushed me to workout hard and gave me great advice along the way. Very encouraging. The rest of the staff was very helpful as well. Quick hardworking bunch. Front desk was great too. They do get busy sometimes and have to split their time between clientele, but they’ll keep a close eye to make sure you’re doing your exercises correctly. Great experience overall. I went from barely walking to jumping exercises with weights.

Service is astonishingly bad. The front desk is generally unhelpful at best and openly antagonistic at worst. I took my script to another location. Joni and Alex are great, but the front desk is the worst of any physical therapy location I have ever been. They do nothing, demand Byzantine requirements for the scripts that doctors send them so that they don’t have to actually talk to insurance companies, refuse to answer the office phone for days, and treat themselves as more important than the physical therapists that work at the location. Someone needs to fire this woman. Three years on the job have not helped her actually do it to anyone’s satisfaction.

This place is what a physical therapy place should be. Starting from the front desk, The receptionists are very friendly and welcoming. The place is spacious, clean and neat. The equipment is all up to date, every therapist is friendly, awesome, knowledgeable, compassionate and well trained. Catherine is friendly and helpful ,George is professional and has an amazing personality. My PT Gian makes sure that I'm doing the exercises right he knows how to push you to your limits. His dedication is outstanding, and his ability and attitude helps to do better PT work. GREAT PLACE RIDGEWOOD LOCATION

Excellent experience! I could hardly walk due to foot/ankle fractures, and made huge progress in a matter of weeks all because of this team. Zenn has been an amazing therapist, dedicated and super in-tune with every little move. I feel like I’m being taken care of while pushed to become stronger. Everyone pitches in to help create the best experience — Nicki, Kim, Jobi. The folks at the front desk. Shout out to the whole crew!!! They are total pros and lovely people. The environment is comfortable, clean, welcoming, respectful. Sunnyvale PT on Myrtle Ave in Ridgewood is 10 out of 10.

So glad I found this place after my ankle surgery. After every visit I see a vast improvement in my walking ability. Every single one of them is very patient, professional and excellent at their job. Receptionists are very friendly and welcoming. It’s a well equipped and clean space.

Zen is the head pt here and she is amazing! She has helped me prepare for acl/meniscus surgery, and now 7 weeks post op she continues to guide me on my recovery, and successfully supporting me in reaching all my milestones on schedule. She and all the staff are very friendly and supportive. I think the only thing that could improve this facility is having more full time permanent pt’s to better manage the volume of patients and to be able to build relationships and knowledge about patient’s conditions.
