I went here after having spinal fusion surgery and I can't say enough about the quality of service I received. The staff are all knowledgeable, caring and professional. Jeff worked with me mostly and did an awesome job with me and my back. For any difficulty I had or any question I had he had the answer or remedy right away. He explains things so the patient understands what he is doing and he kept in really good communication with me all the way. His assistants likewise, very helpful, friendly and always caring about how I was doing. Marc F.

Jeffrey O'Laughlin is an excellent physical therapist. He is knowledgeable, effective, and very nice to work with. He is, definitely, keeping me moving in the right direction towards recovery from my major ankle surgery. The PAMF staff is always, likewise, super helpful, and always very nice. Definitely recommend these guys!

Jeffrey O'Laughlin....is a healer. After my right rotator repair with anchors and more,I thought things would never be the same but Jeffrey O'Laughlin made it possible. He is the best. I definitely recommend him. As for the pays,my insurance covered it as I was recommended by my Ortho. So just the co-pays.

Don't accept 45 minute appointments. You get charged ($106) per 30 minutes, so insist on either 30 or 60 minutes to get the appropriate value. Staff super friendly, which is nice. Mediocre medical care. For example, between two visits that generated 8 ICD codes (4x ICD-9, 4x ICD-10), 3 were medically/anatomically incorrect (citing tissue injury outside of the area of injury) and 1 was a logical fallacy (billing for an "initial visit" on an nth followup). Obviously I can't be sure, but this seems either sloppy or like they are trying to generate revenue by billing for non-existent conditions.

I benefited from working with Amy Slater, who relocated. The facility was clean, and their software provided diagrams of exercises for home practice.

I have worked with both Denise Vetter and Scott Morley. Both are outstanding. Front office staff is also super friendly and accommodating.
