Terrible place to bring your child. They care more about getting paid by insurance than making sure your child is receiving the appropriate services. Furthermore, they do not communicate any more than "they did good today" with no explanation of what they did for therapy. Our son started school a few months after starting therapy. He learned more and behaved better at school in the first week, than he did with 6 months of therapy here. I would recommend finding a different company for therapy. A proper therapy session should last 4 hours, not 30 minutes per session.

I had so much hope for sunny horizons 😔 his intake went great I was super excited but as time went on it just got worse. We never got to go back there with him which I understand if that works better but we didn't see a change in him. When I would pick him up the "report" was just he did great today we did a puzzle and etc etc." They don't tell me what words they're working on so I can work on them at home with him. No mention of sign language attempts. When I asked when they would start working on words or anything honestly and she said until he quits putting things in his mouth there's really nothing we can do 😑 soooo why are we here then? Also they kept pushing psychical therapy on us I said no we want to work on his speech 4 separate times so they called his pediatrician, told him somethings she didn't tell me (which I find way out of line) but my wonderful pediatrician called her on her ish and he made him an appointment with a neurologist so we obviously pulled him out. I've heard from several mothers that they push them to enroll in more therapy programs. The neurologist said his muscle tone was perfect..I do not recommend the Scottsboro location of sunny horizons

Sunny horizons has been part of my "village" I love them so much! I would recommend them to anyone. Ecspecially the Albertville location
