2024 Saw a new doctor in 2024. They did not want another annual check up via video. Saw Daniel Gust, NP. He was engaged and attentive. Felt like he might be a good fit for my PCP. He indicated that I would be called with lab results. Missed a call from Natalie later in the week. Called back and spoke with Carlos. He indicated that I would have to go in for my lab results. I requested to be contacted about why I would have to go in for lab results. Nothing yet. Not sure if the delay is the NP or other staff. I was called back with my lab results but was still pressed to make an appointment to come in and discuss the results. 2023 New doctor in 2023 and still a good experience. At least I was not accused of being a drug user like someone else who went there. They are not either. I do like the hybrid appointment approach for basic needs and prescription renewals. Easy. Nice to have lab onsite! All staff were friendly and professional. 2020 Good first experience with location and Cynthia Diaz in 2020. Wait time was not too long. Felt like I was listened to on my initial appointment. Will go back now that a relationship is being established. Good to have local facility in rural community. Follow up in 2021 was good too.
