Doctors are great, front office staff is friendly. Frank the PA Horrific! Will log your care under the wrong knee or suggest an MRI when you already had one done. Clearly not looking at the chart. DO NOT trust them with processing insurance as they do not check to see if you need a pre authorization yet 100% check to see if you paid the bill. They will also tell you things that another person in the practice told you to be true; that wasn’t. Very contradicting. Yes the office is clean, Dr Yonz and Dr Sweat are outstanding doctors with some of the best bedside care but the rest of the headache makes it unbearable.

My son is 14 months, he woke up the day prior not wanting to walk and crying in pain. He got a bit better over the next day but continued to walk abnormal. I will say they got us in the next day for an appt which I was thankful for but when I took my son here to wait one hour past his appt time for “frank” to be in the room for 5 minutes and tell me nothing was wrong with my son. Felt very dismissed and like they really didn’t care about my sons well being at all. I’m not sure how you can diagnose someone without even looking at them or asking questions. Wouldn’t take any children here again.

My son received a referral to Summit for a fractured bone in his arm. The day I received the referral, I called Summit at least 6 times, attempting to make him an appointment. No one answered the phone at any point, so I contacted our insurance company and switched his referral to Nemours, who got us in immediately. When Summit finally returned my calls, I informed them of the change and why we made that decision. A few days after my son had been seen at Nemours, they contacted myself and my husband on separate occasions, and we told them that our son had already been seen for this issue. We'll, I just received a call from our sons primary care doctor because Summit has called them and told them that they haven't been able to reach anyone regarding our son's referral and were concerned his care was being NEGLECTED. At this point, I wouldn't consider giving them another chance, and I'm glad I have plenty of documentation to show proof of my sons care in case they get the idea to try to report us for their own neglect.

I broke my wrist while overseas and wasn't able to see an English-speaking doctor, so was referred here by urgent care to get a second opinion. They were able to squeeze me in within 2 days. It was a short wait to get into an exam room but admittedly I did have a fairly long wait once in there. The whole process took about 2 hours from start to finish. The receptionists and nurses were great, friendly and professional and kept me updated as much as possible. I saw Dr Yonz very briefly but his instructions were clear and simple. I left with a wrist brace that was much more comfortable than the splint I had before, confidence that my wrist was healing correctly, and a follow-up appointment that was easy to make. They billed directly to my insurance which made the process smooth and simple. Overall, I had a good experience!

Stay far away from Frank! My daughter was seen at Trauma One in Jax. Then sent to Summit for aftercare. Frank told me she was fine. I requested she see a Dr. He said I offended him because he has 21 years of experience. I said I don’t care, she needs to see a Dr. Thank God I pushed it. She is needing emergency surgery now with two severed nerves, multiple fractures needing repair requiring plates and screws, and tendon damage. Every single experience I’ve had with him has been awful. The new surgeon immediately said Frank should lose his job for seeing patients outside his ability, and he should be reported. Stay clear! Go to Jax, Savannah, anywhere else! Update my daughter has lost total functionality in two of her fingers due to franks negligence even after surgery and countless ot and pt appts. She is having her second surgery now. Frank should not have a license.

My back began hurting last week and after another painful night I decided to go to the Summit Sport clinic to see if they could help. From the moment I arrived I was treated professionally and with respect. Meredith does a great job running the front office. I completed my forms and barely sat down when I was called back to the exam room. Immediately they took x-rays and shortly after that, I was evaluated by Dr. Yonz. . Fortunately I had no broken bones and a referral was made for interventional radiology.. The follow through was great, I heard back from the interventional team and 24 hrs later I will receive my injection. Overall, this was a great experience and I would recommend this location to my family and friends
