Summit Physical Therapy-Soddy Daisy

I had surgery 1/17/24 on my shoulder and the Doctor requested for me to start PT 6 weeks later. I met Gary, Caitlin, and Allie and the whole team is wonderful. Gary is very professional and thorough with his evaluation of me. On other sessions, Caitlin took care of me. They are some of the best PTs that I have ever seen and I would recommend anyone to see them. I can't leave out Allie at the front desk-- she is super nice and took care of all of my scheduling needs.

Summit Physical Therapy has been the place that has been taking care of me since September as I had a knee replacement in August of 2022. I have also developed some back issues since the surgery due to my body trying to compensate for not being able to use that knee due to the pain I endured before the surgery and after. Thanks to Dr. Nicole, Dr. Matt and Hunter who have all worked together to help me in my recovery process. Dr. Nicole has been my primary caretaker and I have been so appreciative of her care and expertise. Dr. Matt has at times taken Dr. Nicole’s place in caring for me and has done a most excellent job as well. Hunter has participated in caring for me too. They are an excellent group that has worked together as a team to manage my recovery. I am very fortunate to have this group taking care of me and so appreciate how they have created an atmosphere that makes you feel like you are just one big family! Now let’s talk about sweet Taylor who sits at the front desk. She greets you with her sweet spirit, takes care of setting up appointments plus reminding you of those appointments, makes sure all paperwork is in order, cleans and decorates the office for each holiday, and so much more! She is very organized and thorough at all she puts her hands to do. They are blessed to have her as part of their team! Thank you Nicole, Matt, Hunter and Taylor for the excellent care that you have given to me during my recovery period. You have inspired and encouraged me through a difficult period in my life and I am truly grateful. I worked with Caitlin and really enjoyed my time with her. She not only explained each exercise thoroughly, but told me how it would help with my knee pain. Caitlin gave me plenty of exercises I could do at home and now I'm SO much better. She's awesome! I also find this location to be very convenient. I've recommended it to many people and one of my neighbors just started there recently. This will be my clinic of choice in the future - GREAT PLACE!

I'm not sure where to start, I have been a patient for well over a year.I love coming, before coming to Summit, I went to Benchmark and had decided that I would never go back to therapy if I had to go back to Benchmark. When my Doctor said that they wanted other areas addressed after pulling my shoulder and with numbness in my hands, I said that I would go to therapy as long as we found something other than Benchmark, and that is when we came to Summit in Soddy Daisy,. I started with Nichole, Kristen and Matt,was released, and two weeks later i return with Doctor's orders from all my Doctor's requesting therapy again, which I am great with, I return to find a new group of receptionist and therapist, which I am very thankful for, I think that Gary, and Catilyn are great as well and definitely couldn't ask for a better group to help me when I need them, as far as any other locations, I can't give my opinion, but for the Soddy locations they are definitely a 5 maybe more

A great place to get back to full speed. I came here to deal with lingering pain from a tailbone injury and my wife is recovering from a torn ACL. Right off the bat, the Administrator, Miss Kayla, is eager to figure out how to best fit the necessary recovery into your schedule. She helped out every time any schedule conflict came up and made sure we were taken care of regarding the Billing and Scheduling. Gary did a great job on the intake, explaining what was wrong, and what the plan was for recovery. His explanations took what is honestly a pretty confusing subject and made it understandable to me. He continued to follow up thru the entire process checking in and leading several sessions. Caitlin and Ana were cognizant of and accounted for the discomfort PT can cause during recovery, but made sure we didn’t slack off and allow the pain to linger. The work to develop a plan but also help us get the work done without sacrificing our comfort or personal input was greatly appreciated. The thought put into each evolution by the entire staff was clear. Often times the healthcare industry can make a man feel like a number and some symptoms. Gary, Caitlin and the staff put in the time to get to know my wife and I, and take our personal inputs into account. I’d absolutely recommend them for anybody recovering from an injury and looking to get back to full speed.

These ladies are absolutely amazing!!!! The love and passion they show the clients is truly incredible! All the ladies are just pure sweet, kind and caring. If you’re looking for a place to go for physical therapy I highly recommend Summit Physical Therapy in Soddy Daisy! Nicole, Kristen and Taylor are my fav girls!!!!!❤️

Summit PT is the absolute best. I highly recommend them. Gary and Caitlin make a great team. You will be in great hands with either of this therapist.

Both Gary & Caitlin nursed me back from a bulging disc injury. They gave me good homework exercises to do at home on days when I couldn’t get in and it helped to regain some muscle tone loss that occurred as a result of my injury. They both worked me hard, which is what you need in order to heal. Thanks to both of you!! Highly recommend!!
