We just started working with Rachel. She is not only incredibly kind she is also clearly VERY competent. So excited to see the progress my little one can make while working with her.

They've been providing therapy for son through his IEP this past year while we are doing online schooling. The therapists are very caring, accommodating and knowledgeable. I've also been relieved to be able to reach out during odd hours and get assistance unrelated to school because the therapists just care about their families.

As a parent who has had a child in therapy at Summit for nearly a year, I can’t say enough good things about it. We do feeding therapy with Amy and OT with Dani and I am so happy our pediatrician referred us to Summit. In our history at Summit, any problem I have had is addressed quickly and efficiently. They’ve been incredibly helpful and understanding with any scheduling conflict I have as well as any financial problems that have arisen while my son has been a patient. I had a billing issue once and it was immediately resolved once they were made aware. The staff are amazing, friendly, and genuinely care about my son and want to help him succeed.

We have had an amazing experience with Summit since day one. Our son looks forward to coming to see Maggie every week for his speech therapy, and we have seen amazing improvement over the past year and a half. We would highly recommend the great team here!

Update (10/2022) Despite great evaluations, our experience at Summit has not been good and we transferred our child for physical and speech to another clinic a few months ago that has been much, much better, both in terms of care and management. At Summit, we had to leave our credit card on file and we were billed varying amounts based on either insurance adjustments (understandable) or mistakes, which kept happening over and over. There were so many billing issues and our card would be charged without warning for these varying amounts, which I would then have to contest and correct. Finally, months later, we were told that they had been billing us for 15 minute increments instead of 25-min and had to re-charge us again for all the sessions. Those 15 minute sessions were more than we are now paying at a different facility for 30 minutes. We discussed this with management and the manager kindly waived some of the clawback charges and was supposed to clear the remainder of these clawback charges and months later we are still getting bills for an outstanding amount. I have been waiting for management to resolve this and they have not. I paid the bill as to not affect our credit, but I am still shocked at how the clinic has dealt with their billing issues, not to mention how much more expensive they are now that I have looked elsewhere. We would not recommend this clinic. Previous review (2/2022) We had two evaluations at Summit Pediatric and both were wonderful. The staff are kind and knowledgeable and great with our kid. We had scheduled an OT evaluation and when we showed up that day, they even walked us through how they think PT would make more sense and didn't charge us for essentially missing that evaluation and taking up their time that day. We look forward to working with the specialists there.

We have been going to Summit pediatrics for 2 years. My daughter adores her therapists, and they have done wonders with her. Her speech pathologist Maggie has also been very helpful working with our school and advocating for our daughter!

Started recently with this clinic. Waited a long time to get therapists They opened a second location in Aurora that might be causing distraction from main clinic? First day with long awaited OT (and quite amazing with our son) and he said it was his last day. Still waiting on a new one. Terrible management to have us come in- guess they just wanted a billable event over impact on our family. Then our great Caroline SLP (who we really liked), after only 3 sessions, informed us she is leaving. Either the pay is bad, the management has issues and the place is not nice to work for or both. Irony is as we wait for providers who are leaving like a revolving door, the receptionist is busy on phone taking new patients. Something smells very wrong. I am gonna leave the clinic after Caroline departs. For kids with special needs, stability is needed. Avoid this place. Their ship has some major holes and is sinking.

From a mother’s point of view, this place is a complete joke. I was recommended to bring my 10 month old in for feeding therapy. Met with Alex once. They told me they’ll confirm with our insurance and call me to get her in for more sessions. Two weeks pass.. crickets... I call and they say they haven’t heard back from our insurance.. fast forward 2 months later, they call to get her in. I don’t believe for sessions takes 2 months for therapy. Quite frustrating. Our insurance plan covers PT and OT. So, from a mothers stand point it appears the staff doesn’t care or they’re not that efficient. It’s upsetting when my daughter was recommended this and I feel like they didn’t even care to help.
