Kayla was a lifesaver with our baby. She made progress we didn’t think was possible in only 8 weeks. She was also amazing with us as first time parents. She made us feel comfortable and empowered to do the work at home too. I would recommend anyone to see her but even more so if you have an infant. Thank you so much Kayla and everyone else who we met at Strive along the way :)

A family member has been using strive for a bit over two years for recovery from a big fall! The therapists are professional and knowledgeable, as well as understanding. We found Strive by accident and could not be more pleased with her recovery.

I had an excellent experience at Strive. Kayla is a well-rounded PT and provides a lot of one-on-one time, making pts feel valued and heard. The staff is friendly and professional.

I have had a great experience at Strive PT at Washington Square. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Scheduling is super easy and the setting, across from Pennsylvania Hospital, is pleasant and convenient.

I've been seeing Jessica since August, and I have so many good things to say! I am recovering from an Achilles repair (injured playing soccer), and Jessica has done an amazing job progressing me back to sport. She knows what my goals are and comes up with creative exercises to get me there! I find myself looking forward to our sessions because she keeps things interesting and I actually notice real results after each session. On top of her expertise, she is compassionate and kind to her patients! She treated me like a regular from Day 1 and made me feel very comfortable sharing what works and what doesn't. I've referred friends to her as well, and they have wonderful things to say. This Strive location is brand new, very spacious, with new equipment. I've recommend booking here before it gets too busy!

I’ve been coming here for a while and every session that I had was amazing. Currently recovering from a foot injury and thankfully seeing good results after working with Jessica Katz. It is a true pleasure to work with Jessica because of her knowledge and caring assistance every step of the way. She is a good listener and an effective communicator. The staff and the people who come here are always friendly and it really gives a boost of positive energy that lasts throughout the day. The location is also great. Love walking around the area after my visits. (The music is great too, which is just a fantastic bonus.) Would definitely recommend coming here!

After a pickleball injury, I went searching for a physical therapy office, and just sort of picked the one that was closest to me. I feel like I've hit the lottery. Jessica and her team at Strive are amazing in every way. They're knowledgeable, they're curious, they're passionate, they care. Every day I walk into that office, I genuinely believe that the staff is invested in getting me better. It's the total opposite experience of most medical offices I go to. And you can tell that this is how they operate. There are all flavors of people in that office every time I'm there, and they're all happy and engaged and smiling. Jess knows how to connect with all kinds of people. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I think her patients actually ENJOY physical therapy. What's super cool is that because they're so well connected with the other Center City offices, when we hit sticking points, they have other experienced therapists with other specialties and other experiences to lean on. For the price of one PT, you get the knowledge of a whole group of them. I can't imagine a better experience. I honestly think I'm going to miss physical therapy when I'm done with it.
