Strive! Physical Therapy

Dr Nick Ricca supervises an outstanding facility. Having been to several, I can compare. Emmalyanne Langston is an effective and personal. Therapist. Camille Cortes efficiently does her front desk work while at the same time greeting me with a smile, making me feel at home and always answering my many questions with a smile.

I was recommended to see Nick for tendon pain. Nick is very knowledgeable in physiology, anatomy and exercise science and was able to explain why I had pain, and he matched my level of understanding and commitment with the work he did with me and assigned to me to do on my own. What was very impressive is that he truly sees physiotherapy as a short term activity to help you get better and does not intend on unnecessarily keeping patients beyond what they need to be there for. I would recommend Strive to anyone in need of physio/rehab.

Dr. Nick is amazing! He fixed my situation, in my first appointment. He did the correct procedure, right off the bat. He takes time to listen to you, asks the right questions, and is very patient. I had complete confidence in him and the facility. I would highly recommend him.

My physical therapy experience at Strive was excellent. Nick and his team were very sensitive to my pain tolerance as well providing a very positive atmosphere for healing. The exercises provided for me to do at home (my homework) were easy as well as very effective. If you're in need of a physical therapist, Nick at Strive is the person.

Everyone is very friendly and nice and makes your experience so much better. In particular, Luz Maria is very friendly and gives you information and feedback to you as you progress in therapy. Strive is really lucky to have her, and I understand why a couple of drs all refer specifically to her.

The team at Strive (Ocala PT West Marion) is outstanding! I had a great experience and transitioned between a couple of therapists (Nick, Ann and Emma) during my PT series with seamless coordination. My therapist, Nick, is thorough and thoughtful. He excelled at listening to my issues and designed a protocol specifically for my issues. He knows how to challenge within my limits to help rehab, recover and maintain function. He’s always friendly, professional and respectful while being a dynamite therapist. If I need PT in the future, Nick is my therapist of choice. I highly recommend him.
