Trying to get a return call or appointment for follow up orthotic issue is frustrating. I was told they are a top notch place but the person who sees patients for follow up orthotic issues only sees patients 1/2 day Wed only. Very disappointed. Asked to see if Owner could assist but was told she’s too busy.

There not cheap but comparable to other locations. The inserts they make are very good and they do take the time to make sure they are correct for your feet. It does take a while to get them made and referbushed but it is because they make them themselves instead of the typical third party maker which is how they insure they are made well and up to your specifications

John Olin, the director of their bracing program at Stride made me a custom night splint due to long term Plantar Fasciitis and possible Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome. It is an extremely high quality device. It fits my leg and foot perfectly, and he even incorporated a metatarsal arch support into it. It has very much helped me. He's a good guy, and tries very hard to make you exactly what you need. #impressed #thankyou

We love it at this facility. My daughter is a young 29 who has a discrepancy in the shoe left. The quality is wonderful and the different styles. She will finally be able to wear a skirt or a dress and have something to go with it and the shoes are just beautiful and the people are wonderful. Thank you so much!

I went in for custom inserts and my visit was wonderful. Everyone was very professional and took the time to answer any and all questions I had. I did not feel rushed or like a number. When I went in to pick up my inserts I had the same wonderful experience. I love my shoes now and I can stay on my feet for long periods of time without pain. No more needing to sit down to take a break from chasing around my kids! Thank you for a great experience!

ABSOLUTELY WOULD RECOMMEND! I just started using my custom insoles and they are amazing. I suffer with hip, knee and lower back problems and wearing my orthotics provides so much relief on my joints and body. Had great experience with the staff as well, everyone was delightful to work with and got me in and out quick.

Many years ago, I went in & they had me walk in a treadmill & observed my mechanics. They noticed how flat footed I was. This was a little shocking to me since I spent many years as a runner in my youth. But I had them custom build some orthopedics to give me an arch in my shoes. This eliminated a majority of my knee & back pains.
