Stratton Rehabilitation

I go to the Sunset Rd location, where I see Carlos and his team members Josiah and Cat, for my shoulders. They are great! I have been to many physical Therapists over the decades, but these guys are different - "Rehabilitation" fits. They have a host of treatments and are very supportive. They are highly knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant to work with, and the administrative staff is helpful too. They are a step above any PT clinic I have attended. Highly recommended.

Joe Elliott is an amazing PT, he did my assessment and has taken time to figure out the best strategy to get me better. He was very detailed and made sure he found out the entire history of the injury in order to provide the best therapy. I highly recommend him. I have always gone to Stratton for my rehab. Who is also amazing but From the first visit I felt I was in really great hands with Joe. And the staff are also very welcoming and kind. I especially like Brie who was assisting Joe in my treatment.

Had to post 1 star to leave the review but it is definitely not worthy of 1 star. I have been trying to make an appointment for my daughter. No one answers the phone. You must leave a message for an appointment. Left messages for a week straight. No one ever called me back. Someone finally answered the phone a week later and told me that I had to email insurance and paperwork. I did as soon as we hung up the phone. Here we are 6 days later and still no return call or appointment. Very disappointing and frustrating. Will be letting our ortho know to quit referring patients here.

I went to Stratton Rehab after rotator cuff surgery. Matt and Leslie worked with me and were excellent. They're both very skilled at what they do and gave me my arm back. I really appreciate everything you guys did for me. The office is organized, friendly, and appointments run like clockwork. Great job and thank you!

Great place to get therapy. Doug is the best PT I have worked with. He is so thorough and knowledgeable, and does a great job in breaking down his explanation as to what is going on with my injury. Him and his team have a great communication and always seem to be on top of it. Can’t recommend Dr. Doug enough!

Dr. Doug has helped me immensely! Very thorough, great communication, and a great care. My hip has never felt better!!

So disappointed. They are listed under my insurance as a provider and my doc wanted me to go there...despite confirming they are in network with my insurance they won't see me because I got insurance through marketplace. What a joke. Why do they allow themselves to be listed I network if they are going to discriminate?

Douglas made sure that his treatment was taking care of my back discomfort, he kept in continuos communication adjusting his treatment as needed. Today I feel 100% better. Thanks Douglas for being such a caring professional.
