IF 0 stars was possible I would rate it that! They so called took in new patients from a office that closed but did not properly transfer over the records and they gave my grandmother medicine she was allergic to and she passed from complications and never was able to recover! How are they doctors and not checking things throughly also the Doctor let a resident(student) prescribe the medicine and a senior doctor gave the green light for this! I am so pissed but more I am disgusted and hurt! So beware And not trust any doctor here!

Edit As this is a USA/teaching office, sometimes the staff changes out. Unfortunately, my previous GI was moved out of state and to a new position and I was assigned Dr Fernandez. She is not bad but I can tell the quality of care is declining. New nurses who don’t care. I felt like my previous GI wanted to work with me and felt sympathy for my issues when I was there and she spent an adequate amount of time speaking to me about my problems. I don’t feel the same way about my new one. She was polite and professional but not necessarily kind like my previous doctor. It felt like I was a number on a sheet throughout my entire visit. I spent 5-10 or so minutes actually with the doctor which I felt was too little for what I was there for and it seemed like she was too busy/mentally preoccupied to listen to me. I will probably be finding a new office as this decline in quality of care vs. before combined with issues with the nurses and front desk/reception staff make this place now an unpleasant experience. The front desk staff are consistently the worst to deal with every time I come here, but they have gotten a little better over the past year. The wait for an appointment will be long, usually 2-4 months in my experience. But I keep coming here because I love Dr. Ogunbi. Unlike most doctors I've been to it always feels like she actually listens to me and addresses my pain and concerns and what I want for my care. I deal with the bad front desk staff and long wait times because of the quality of care I receive from the doctor.

I have been there oñ mañy accusations and I have been more thañ pleaßéd with the assistance I received from the front desk to the back always the ladies at the front have always gone above and beyond help I've had 3 brain surgeries and needed to see a neurologist and found one due to the front desk clerk waß so helpful in finding me a Doctor. I also have seen 2 other Doctors and the longest I've ever waited was maybe 15 minutes às a matter of fact óne Doctor made à point to actually come and get me personally I have No complaints thís is the place to be if you have any medical conditions

Over the phone they tell you one thing because it’s a recorded line once you get in the exam room and you let them know what’s going on they tell you specific instructions on what to do or not do and you’re moving forward then when it’s time for the appointment nothing they said while not recorded they remember. They don’t properly inform you about Birth control options and the specifics that goes along with those options. They make quick decisions without fully hearing the patient needs. I would say record everything because after you leave the exam room that conversation is null and void

Nurse Beth Allen is wonderful! She followed up with me, kept me informed and explained things very well. Beth is great at her job, knowledgable, caring, and I wish my medical experiences were more like the experience I had with her. Healthcare workers like Beth give me hope.

It always seems to be an issue getting an appt. My daughter had an appointment for 11/3 they called and told me that due to doctors not being in the office they would have to reschedule and work my daughter in because the next available wasn't until January but they assured me they would get her in before then since she already had an appointment and this was their fault.Couldn't reschedule right then and that they would have to call me back. Never heard anything so I called back. The girl was really rude the entire time on the phone and when I explained they already told me they will get her in before January she told me they didn't have anything. The front desk lady's just seem to not like their job and are always rude about everything rather than be helpful to us parents.

Worst place to take your child the lady at the front desk hung phone up in my face and all I ask was why were y’all always booked up all my son need was a well check up appointment so that he could get his Referral for ENT please if can save trip go somewhere else yall that don’t care the dr are good but staff is horrible
