Stones Worth Stepping

Our dr initially referred us to Stones Worth Stepping at our daughter’s 18 month appointment. By the time her 2 year check up rolled around, still no word from Stones Worth Stepping. Her dr sent ANOTHER referral after her 2 year check up, and SWS called us pretty quickly to schedule. Fast forward to the day of our appointment, my husband and I have both taken off work, and then they waited until about 2 hours before our appointment to tell us that she was SUPPOSED to be scheduled at their other location. We were told since it was their mistake, they’d call us back with a new appointment time asap. That was on 12/27/23 Today is 2/10/24. At this point, we won’t be wasting our time trying to work with this group. At this point, between our own research and all of the available resources on places like YouTube, she’s already making strides in eating. I would avoid this unorganized, unconcerned business at all costs.

We have two children receiving speech and occupational therapy. They work great with our schedules and their therapist are fantastic!
