Discharged. Thank you too all the amazing staff at Stockton rehab. I'm so glad to go home but if I had to stay anywhere it would be Stockton rehab. Good Bless all the wonderful patients too. I meet some amazing people. All in all a great time. Like a vacation.

Beautiful facility! I’ve taken a walk around the area and have had a couple discharge rides from here. All of the workers were super friendly and my passengers said the care they received was incredible. This place is definitely an asset to the community.

My mom stayed here for a little more than a month. Very happy with her stay here. The facility is nice and quiet throughout the day. Patient rooms are really spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The nurses and therapists were very compassionate and always had my mom's best interests in mind. They were great with bringing up and concerns to us. My family and I would visit everyday so the staff got to know us and pretty well. Their therapy program is great. She was able to get 3 hours of therapy almost everyday—one hour of speech, one hour of occupational, and one hour of physical therapy. Overall, I can definitely recommend the facility for any patient needing acute rehabilitation.

My father stayed there for a few months and the staff and Doctors took excellent care of him. They restored him back to health and then sang his favorite songs as he left! Thank you to all of you for your love and kindness! You are truly appreciated.

I cannot say enough about Stockton Regional. The employees and staff all went out of their way to make my dad feel safe and comfortable. My dad's stay was great! They make you feel like family and you're not just a number here. They really go out of their way to get to know you and ensure a personable experience. I cannot thank the team enough for everything they have done to help my family through this very stressful time. My dad went into the facility barely walking and left the facility walking out on his own!

My son was in this facility recovering from a kidney injury while on dialysis. The nurses and cnas were absolutely fabulous. They are caring, empathetic, understanding, and very patient focused. My son loved all his nurses. Our favorite CNA's are Dee Dee and Ruthie. Both of these ladies will be remembered for how they treated my son. The reception staff was kind and welcoming. The Doctors listen and make sure you understand what they are doing. The physical therapy and occupational therapy teams are fantastic! My sons favorite physical therapy nurse is Ramses, and he raves about all the occupational therapy nurses. They provided transportation to and from the dialysis clinic. The transportation used was fantastic. My son and him created a friendship. I was able to stay with my son the entire time and was treated beautifully. I can't say enough how great this facility is. It is clean and well taken care of. The cleaning staff is top-notch! I highly recommend this facility if you are in need of rehabilitation. My grandmother just has hip surgery and I'm pushing for her to be placed here!

My mother recently had a stroke and came to this facility. The staff is utterly amazing from to PT, OT, ST, nurses, doctors, and cnas. The food is not like a typical hospital at all it is really good. I would recommend this facility to anyone that needs rehabilitation care in the future.

Nursing staff was great when you could get them to your room. They wouldn't quickly respond to my husbands bedside when he needed to use to toilet and he would end up soiling his bed. But he never saw a MD doctor and a new medical concern arose while he was there. Because it to two weeks for them to address it, my husband ended back up in the hospital for two weeks and lost his placement there.
