Stine Inpatient Rehabilitation Center–Schuylkill

Extremely disappointed with this facility. My husband, who is a Parkinson’s patient had surgery and was sent to inpatient rehab. Anyone who knows anything about Parkinson’s knows that the worst thing you can do is let them sit and not move around. He was give 1.5 hrs. of physical therapy and 1.5 of occupational therapy which was a joke.....the rest of his 24 hr day, he was plugged into the wall with a 3’ cord for an alarm and was not allowed to move around...not even to move with a wheelchair moving his feet. His Parkinson’s medication was not administered as it should have been. I could go on and on, however the bottom line is that facility was totally unacceptable not to mention that it certainly was not kept clean.
