They were fast, pleasant and committed to helping us. Even after determination that placement couldn’t be accepted, (due to patients needs) they were helpful in our continued search. Excellent care!

They are the most negligent facility I have ever seen. They are employing horrible people who provide little to no care and they've stolen hundreds, probably thousands of dollars worth of rings and cash from my husband's grandmother's purse when she was rushed to the hospital after 1 month of rapidly declining with no phone calls about her condition. Visiting we knew something was wrong but this is a HORRIBLE PLACE. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE.

Recently my aunt's health took a turn for the worse and she had to be placed in this facility. While she was in their care, the nurse that was "caring" for her was too lazy to wash her hair and comb it properly so she decided to take it upon herself to cut her hair up to her ears without any consent! Unfortunately my aunt passed away on Saturday and they didn't contact any family members. The next day her sister went to visit her only to be stopped in the parking lot and told she had passed away and had already been moved to funeral home.

My mother in law came here for Skilled Therapy, the staff was so loving, we seriously contemplated leaving her there for Long Term Care. Wonderful Place!

CMAs make you wait over 2 hours past time pain meds are due. CNAs leave food trays until next tray is served. Every one else does their jobs ok.
