I was taking my 99 year old grandmother because she was having a little hip problem, but heck at 99 I am surprised she doesn't have a lot more problems. At first they seemed very nice but with most doctors and others who come face to face with someone that old I picked up on a little reluctant that they could do anything to help her. A life is a life at any age. Unfortunately I had to cancel her appointment last week because she was not feeling well, I had also found out that she was dieing and probably only had a few months to live, so to say my mind wasn't really on her little physical therapy class is an understatement. So when I took her for her rescheduled appointment I was surprised to be met with the hostility of the receptionist all because she said I didn't leave a reason why my 99 year old grandmother would be missing her appointment last week. Does a 99 year old really need a reason? I did make a mistake and mixed the times up. I'm human, you got me. But the last thing I need is some jumped up, receptionist getting an, attitude with me because I got the times mixed up, and because she was up set I didn't give a reason why my 99 year old grandmother missed her last appointment. Maybe the next time leave your attitude at home and be a little more helpful and understanding. You never know what people are dealing with. But maybe this is what you wanted in the beginning cause your trainer guy didn't really seem to positive in helping her. The last thing I would like to say is age comes to all of us and maybe you should ask yourself, when I am 99 would I be OK with someone treating me the way you treated her.
