Fast and efficient, will definitely be back! It’s nice to walk in when you are free and not wait forever like when you have an actual appointment with the other people and they still make you wait 20 min. I was in and out in 20 min.

This was out of my insurance. I was quoted a cash amount which was high but I thought okay because they were conveniently close and I needed stitches and didn't want to drive myself. The care was great but the cost was $200 more than the estimate.

I went to this clinic after calling and asking how much a doctor’s visit would be. I was told it would cost $140. I paid the amount and they told me if there were any extra exams it would cost more. I was with the doctor for 10 minutes at the most. The staff were great and helpful. Regardless I received a bill in the mail a couple of weeks later for an extra $210, making it a total of $350. They were dishonest to me. I called to dispute the charges they said that I had initialed in the paperwork, of course who would read through all that. If the person at the front told me it would be $350 for a 10 minute visit then I would have taken my business elsewhere.

They were fast and ordered the medication I needed right away. Very happy. The med is working well.

I visited Sterling Urgent Care in Richmond. I was quickly checked in. They took my history in detail and made me feel at ease.They were able to complete needed X-ray's on site. I was very impressed by the medical staff and the facility.

My wife visited Sterling on a Saturday afternoon after a biking injury. Being out of state we didn’t know what to expect. Very appreciative of the quick, efficient and thorough care. Thanks to the entire crew for helping us out.
