Dr Eilers is kind and has great patient care. He explains the goal and how to get there. Post surgery care was explained along with each step of the process. He never left the room without asking if I had questions and if I understood his explanations I would highly recommended him!

I have been a patient at Sterling Ridge for a few years and have always had a good experience with any doctor I have seen (Eilers and Jackson) and their staff. I appreciate that they retain appointments for same day needs. When you are in pain, you don’t want to have to wait long to get relief. I was so thankful that they could see me on the same day. The office staff is professional and thorough. You feel cared for. I will gladly recommend Sterling Ridge Orthopaedics to others.

Sterling ridge orthopedic,, at 750 fish creek is the best place to be, if you need pt,, .. and if you are lucky enough to get Erika D., to navigate you through your healing journey,, and it’s a journey,,, but they are all dedicated there for one thing,, and that is to see you healed and back to your normal routine in this rat race.. Everyone working at S.R.O P.T are very well trained in the way our bodies work.. And in my opinion they have mastered getting their patients back on track in life.. I’m 62 years old, and I have been to several physical therapy joints.. Sterling Ridge orthopedic physical therapy department is excellent, and has earned five stars 🌟.. I would recommend this group to my family,friends, or to anyone needing physical therapy… Thank you S.R.O. Physical therapy group for working hard to get me Going again.. And Dr Chen is the bomb when it comes to knee replacement. I wouldn’t even think of using anyone else except Dr Chen… Fantastic surgeon!!! Five stars, and definitely highly recommended…just excellent… Thank you sir for doing a perfect knee replacement for me…

We have had only one appointment. Office staff was friendly, helpful and our visit went pretty fast but when the doc came in he payed attention listened, educated us, was not rushing. Great team, all around good visit.

The staff here were absolutely great to work with my son’s physical therapy. They were very friendly and inviting to him, but also very encouraging. I also appreciated their thorough communication and willingness to answer any and all of my questions. Great group here!!

I moved here a little over a year ago and unfortunately have had several bad experiences with doctors and dentists - until recently. My experience at SRO&SMC was great! I’ve been having problems with my knee for several months. Dr Eilers and staff were fantastic, very professional, knowledgeable, and competent. They addressed my concerns fully, presented options, solutions, and recommendations. I left with a greater understanding of my issues, feeling comfortable and confident about my decision and the services they had provided.

We love Dr. Eilers and Sterling Ridge Orthopedics! We have been to 2 locations and the staff is always friendly. He has the best bedside manner! He’s friendly and funny. My daughter left smiling.

The staff was polite and friendly. The environment was clean. However they failed to let me know how much I would be charged just for a visit. Over $200 and that’s with my insurance. I did not expect it to be this much I’ve never been to an orthopedic office before so I didn’t know what to expect. I feel like when it’s over a certain price you should discuss that with your patients before they come in. Makes me more upset because This visit didn’t get anything done for me.. they did an xray which I just done one a couple days ago at the ER. I know nothing is wrong with my bones, I knew I needed and MRI and that’s the same thing they told me at the end of my visit but I already knew that. I thought I could get an MRI don’t at this location, I was wrong, now I have to wait even longer to get a call from memorial Herman to go there and get an MRI then take that back to this place and make another appointment. It’s just too much.
