Sterling Health & Rehabilitation Center

During my grandma’s recent stay I was impressed that staff was able to get her to participate in activities through out the day. She was never one I imagined would look forward to her “new” routine but the activity director and other staff were able to make her feel comfortable and fit right in.

We have had a family member at Sterling Health & Rehab since July 2022. We have been so very blessed by the staff. From PT/OT to nursing to laundry to dietary, our loved one is so taken care of. The facility does offer transportation, which is a huge relief. Our loved one is on dialysis three times a week and they do all the transporting, I don't have to arrange it. This is a huge benefit to families. Nursing has been stellar with our loved one. We've had a couple hiccups, but they were easily remedied. Activities keeps our loved one busy. They have monthly trips to Wal Mart, bingo, cards, groups that come in. We are so blessed to have the involvement we do have. Just recently the salon re-opened and now we can have haircuts right there. We do not have to arrange for an out of facility haircut. The food for the most part has been good. Yes, there are some days that are not perfect, but for the most part our loved one rarely complains. I will promote Sterling Health & Rehab everyday. I was petrified to leave my husband there, he is young, but I can not express how thankful we are for every member of that staff. For our situation, he is in one of the very best places he can be at!

Sterling Health & Rehabilitation Center takes pride in making sure the members receive the best care possible. The environment is clean and welcoming for all. I love that they create events involving the community and it allows members to interact with others. You can tell that they take pride in their work by the way it is ran. Sending a huge kudos to all employees there!

Sterling Health and Rehab employees have become my family over the past year. My mom and father were both placed in their care a year and a half ago and neither one was in very good shape. My mom passes last July and Yasmin sat with my for hours by her bed in the last moments of her earthly life. THAT is going above and beyond and it was deeply appreciated through such a difficult time. There were moments through that time we thought my father was going to follow her but b/c of the loving care at SHAR, I am proud to report he is thriving. He told me last week he feels so good that he wants to go back to college! Can't thank this company and the people who work for it for their compassion, love, and over all support. They have made dealing with declining parents much easier.

Nursing Mrg Sarah is courteous and professional, really on top of her game! I have had two separate stays at this facility and both times have been wonderful. The people there are very nice and engaging with all of the residents. The PT and OT staff are very Hands-On with the residents as well as the temporary therapy patients. I plan on going there for outpatient Rehabilitation, if I can

My husband has Parkinsons with dementia. The staff are so kind and help him with so much. He is getting good meals and loves all the attention he gets from them. I know he is in good hands with them

This place is amazing. The warm and friendly staff are always to assist in any thing you need. Sarah has a real good way of making me feel welcomed and important. Nursing staff is top notch. Girls have a friendly smile and loving touch. I would recommend this place to anyone-

We were so unsure about placing my mother in this facility, but we were completely wrong. Choosing Sterling Health and Rehab was the best decision we could have made. Shout out to the director of nursing, and her staff who always treated my mom like a human and not just a patient.
