Nice, Clean, Friendly environment. Attentive to your needs and listen to your feedback. You may not always have the same tech each time due to their individual schedules, but you don't notice the difference. They are all the same focusing on your needs. They are very knowledgeable and dedicated to help anyway they can to get you back on track. I went to their Calhoun office but I'm sure this experience runs throughout all their facilities. I highly recommend.

Steppin up, Calhoun St infuses positivity into everything they do, from the time you are greeted at the front desk until you leave. Not just some days, EVERY day. I came for PT after a knee replacement and anticipated my visits knowing Jorge, my Physical Therapist would challenge and encourage me right through to recovery. When Stephen and Lauren led a session or two, they were great too. I highly recommend this place and know exactly where I will go if I need PT again.

My experience at Stepping Up Physical Therapy on Calhoun Street was awesome. My two therapists Jorge and Abby were so patient with me and helpful in recommending exercises that targeted my lower back. This my second round of therapy and I am more flexible and my pain has diminished. I give them 5 stars and recommend Stepping Up Physical Therapy 💯 %

Although I have been going to Calhoun Center for a few years now off and on I must say that the staff there is simply amazing. They will answer all your questions and if they don't know they will find out for you. They listen and make sure to attend to your needs. They all have gone the extra mile from my numerous times here. I have just about worked with every staff member. But let's not over look the front reception area the staff there is top tier never a bad day always polite and helpful.

Steppin' Up really helped me manage my pain from a pinched nerve. After just a few weeks of regular appointments, the pain was pretty much non-existent. I worked primarily with Brooke and had a couple of sessions with Stephen. Both therapists were very supportive, knowledgeable, and patient. They were able to demonstrate the exercises clearly. Each therapist offered massages which further helped loosening my muscles. It should be noted that at least one therapist at Steppin' Up is fluent in Spanish. They are aware of the needs of their neighborhood. Overall, I can't recommend Steppin' Up enough. They are providing an essential medical service in a area of Fort Wayne that has a dearth of health facilities.

This place is fantastic. I can't thank Jordan and Stephen enough for getting my back and neck feeling better after my accident. Jordan, Stephen and the whole staff on Calhoun St are so friendly and really care about the health and well being of their clients. Thank you!

From check-in to check-out, a very positive experience. Runs smoothly and on time, and everyone is very friendly. Jorge and Lauren took great care of me and, in a very short time, my pain and restricted movement all but disappeared. The PTs here stay at your side during every minute of your appointment. Thank you for your excellent care!

My therapy at stepping up has totally changed my life! After a complicated back surgery with several set backs, Stephen has been able to pull me out of each one. I am so grateful for the experience I have had here. Stephen has been great! I’m nearly in no pain which I didn’t think was possible! He really listens to his patients because he really cares about us. Allison is one of the best receptionist iv’e ever dealt with always so cheerful and accommodating! I highly recommend steppin up therapy as the place to go, they all seem to be very good, but I recommend Stephen Nix, he is wonderful!!
