Be cautious of this Step by Step Pediatric therapy. The owner does not prioritize the safety of young children and allows potentially violent patients to move freely. My 2-year-old son was randomly attacked by a 10-year-old, 120-pound girl who was out of control. This girl had a known history of aggressive behavior, including hitting her therapist and her own mother, yet the center did not address this with the mother or warn others to stay alert. According to the law, a property owner should take reasonable and foreseeable measures to warn others about potential dangers. However, the center failed to do so. While we were waiting for our appointment, the girl entered the waiting room visibly upset and crying. The moment she saw my son on a toy bike, she started hitting him. My son was stunned and began crying, and I immediately rushed over to protect him. The girl’s mother, who is much smaller than her daughter, struggled to control her, as the girl continued to bang on the walls and windows. I was so startled that I grabbed my son and ran inside the office for safety. I reported the incident to the staff immediately, but they dismissed my concerns, claiming it wasn’t their responsibility because it occurred in the waiting room. They even dismissed us from coming after I asked the mother to intervene, as her daughter’s behavior was clearly out of control. Please protect your children from harm at places where their safety should be a priority. Children deserve to feel safe in spaces designed for their care and well-being and not be assaulted by anyone!

Started off with an Ok therapist. After she left we had an assist with our son that did nothing that he needed. They did a disservice to my son (2) Look for another company. Don’t make this your only option. New OT place we are going to is night and day different and better.

I'm very satisfied with the work they do I'm sure all there employees have the heart to bond with the kids the need there help...I'm hands down grateful with my son pauline therapist she was so good at her work so dedicated I seen the ways she used to focus and show how much she care of my son Lucas learning process she was so into my son's progress iam definitely thankful with her jod she's so awesome 👌

My little one loves it here and all the therapists are amazing. I am so thankful for all the help, support, and accomplishments.
