Steel City Speech

We just finished 7 months of speech therapy for my 7 year old daughter who had difficulties with articulation. The improvement she made was amazing, and Ms. Brittany was so kind, patient, fun, a great communicator with us as parents, and the office staff was also easy to work with and handled insurance billing so smoothly. We had the best experience and highly recommend Steel City Speech!

We have been using Steel City Speech for almost one year and I highly recommend them! Amanda Bell is the therapist we use and she is AMAZING. She goes above and beyond to meet the needs of my son and daughter. She truly cares about her clients and works extremely hard to implement research based strategies that provide results. My kids look forward to their speech session each week and have made tremendous progress!

I cannot recommend Steel City Speech more!! They were the third speech therapy provider my son used, and they were by far the most innovative, creative and successful. My son made more progress with Angela than with any other therapist in his three years of therapy. Angela is caring and attentive and quickly learned what motivated my son. And bonus - she came to us!!! It was so convenient for my son to get his therapy while I cooked dinner.

I cannot say enough good things about Steel City Speech!!!! My son works with Amanda Bell, and we honestly think she is an angel from the Lord. She is OUTSTANDING at her job, and cares deeply about her clients and advocates for them. My son loves working with her and gets excited when she comes over. She gives great feedback to parents too and empowers us with what we need to work with our son between sessions. She was the first glimpse of hope we saw in our son’s articulation problems, and the incredible progress he’s made while working with her speaks for itself. We love Steel City Speech! Our nearly two year old daughter has been delayed in her speech since birth, and after just a few months with Cameron at Steel City, we've seen great improvements! In addition to that, Cameron has been so pleasant to work with and is always encouraging us and equipping us as parents as to how best to help our daughter. I am thrilled with Steel City Speech and highly recommend them. Before speech therapy, everyone used to look at me to translate for my son - and half the time I couldn’t understand him either! We started with Kandice until her maternity leave and then began working with Amanda. My son loves his speech therapy and looks forward to her coming every week (and the stickers at the end too)! He works hard but he does so while playing so he thinks it’s fun! My son is going to be very sad not to see “his teacher” every week anymore, but he had done so well he will be graduating in the next few weeks! Even strangers can understand him now and he talks everyone’s ears off!
