I am very satisfied with the treatment I received at this place. The nurses RUTH and NANA are angels who give more than their job demands. The cleaning team cleaned my room every day and made it extra fabulous. Thank you Stephenie Meldon and Sheri Krakt. To the therapy team; Tisha-physical therapy, Paula and Yolanda occupational therapy, Carol physical therapy, who were very professional, kind and always thinking of you as a person, not just another patient. LPN; Stephenie Poster, she was always attentive to the patients, giving 100% of herself. RN Jessica is very professional and kind. Laundry: The lady who collects dirty clothes every morning and in the afternoon distributes them to each room, thank you very much (I never knew her name). Kitchen and dining room; they always have time to serve the guests and maintain a food order and make us feel at home. TO ALL OF THEM, THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR MAKING A DIFFERENCE FOR PATIENTS IN THE DARK TIME, GUIDING US TO THE LIGHT. That place is excellent, but there is always something that stains a good place and the RN; Alice is that stain, since she prefers to watch Facebook on the night shift, than to attend to the patients.

Detailing what my experience was when seeing statemens is the staff is very welcoming, always smiling, all hands are always on deck from the administration to the front line staff. The building is a very homey environment. If you want your loved one to feel comfortable and at home. I suggest touring this facility.

Very dissatisfied with Statesman. Twice my mother's meals were not delivered to her. Watch what you send with them. My mom left there unresponsive and they claimed they sent her cellphone with her in the ambulance. My mom was unresponsive but you say you sent her cellphone. They told me to check with the ambulance and the hospital. The cellphone was not turned in. I also asked what happened to her eyeglasses. No response other then they will keep looking for them.

Statesman health had my mother at the facility for 22 days she had just gotten out of the ICU and she needed more specialized care. Over the course of those days we were made to believe that she was in good hands. When we got to the end of her stay they told us she had a "small" bedsore. She had to go to an appointment the week before discharge and was screaming in pain at being moved. We had to make them show us the bedsore, there we saw a stage 4 with bone exposed, had her moved immediately to the hospital. She will never go back here again

The uncaring, unprofessional actions of the staff caused my dad to have a UTI and end up in the hospital the day he was supposed to come home. That being said, there definitely were people that were helpful and caring. Unfortunately, their kindness was eclipsed by the horrible staff.

This place is cartoonishly horrible, it's honestly kind of impressive lol. My grandmother went here because she broke her arm in 3 places along with her shoulder. Strike 1: she was supposed to have a certain type of mattress that wouldn't mess with her shoulder and keep it from healing, but she got more of a cot than anything else. Strike 2: none of the staff seemed to know that she broke her shoulder/arm and kept trying to move it or grab her by the arm, which was super painful. Strike 3: they refused to give her anything for the pain for several days. We got her transferred as soon as we possibly could, but even then, it took a few days. If you're looking for somewhere better, try Juniper Village :) Edit: There were a few really good staff members, so I felt I should point that out, and the staff members who beefed it were doing the best they could with what they were given. The management and administration are the ones who're really at fault here. That said, I still think anyone who doesn't want to kill their family member and make it look like an accident should steer well clear of this place.

Some of their hearts are in the right place. And I very much appreciate what a challenging job it is. But on the whole, I would say avoid if you are able to. Post Owner Response Edit: Nope. My mother died there and we're trying to heal. Hot tip though: when the family asks you to stop administering morphine because it is giving their loved one night terrors, make sure all of the nursing shifts know it and follow that guidance. And maybe don't leave boxes of morphine and syringes lying on the tray tables of 80 year olds with limited mobility. (My father and I both saw it.) Nice try from the social media team but this canned response on every single person's negative review isn't doing what you intend it to.
