STAT MED Urgent Care

I visited your Service because I have conjunctivitis and sore throat.  My left eye has a blood spot. Ms Margarita Bautista saw me. She is very profesional a gave me a great attention. I really appreciate your attention. I highly recommend it.

Front staff and nurse,MA great. I went in for my chronic migraine and found there wasn't much they could do for me. The nurse practitioner was awful. She did not listen to understand, only to respond. She had zero compassion. We agreed we would do an injection of Torodol, she left, and the MA came back in with my discharge papers with no mention of the injection. I just left and went to ER and was listened to and treated like a patient.

My second urgent care visit with another PA was progressive and issue was resolved. When you have the same issue, as a patient oftentimes, we are aware of our body and the type of remedy. I should have been able to get the medication needed on the first visit. I did not have a choice but to go back the second time around where I was given the correct intervention. I am feeling so much better and not as miserable as the initial visit.

Dr Ziba and Stat Med clinic staff literally saved my life. Stat med is the absolute most amazing and professional clinic I have ever been to in my entire life. The staff are kind and very accommodating, the facility feels like home. The health provider Ziba, sets the example of what a prime health professional should be, she is kind, accommodating, well spoken, knowledgeable, endearing, reassuring etc… Words aren’t enough to explain how grateful I am to have been seen by Ziba, she really saved my life. Thank you so much Ziba, you are truly amazing and I hope that the world can aspire to learn from and be like you, you’re an absolute gem and must be protected at all times. Clean office. Great front desk staff. Great doctor. Dr. Watipaso took the time to ask questions, exam me, explain the problem, and prescribe medications to give me relief. I've had great experiences at the Benicia office and now the Brentwood office.

Not knowing where to go when you are sick can be a scary and confusing experience when you’re between insurance. I greatly appreciate this clinic! The staff was kind and straightforward. The online appointment setting was a breeze and there were many same-day appointments to select from. With cold and flu season ramping up, keep in mind it may take longer. I checked in half an hour early and was in/ out with rx sent to pharmacy in under two hours.

I have visited this facility myself and then now for the rest of my family as needed. Since John Muir now no longer is accepting walk ins for their urgent care, my provider had suggested I visit this facility. I can't complain as the wait times are shorter than JM and especially the ER. The facility is clean and staff I have always found friendly & professional. Also suits my busy & unpredictable schedule when I have been having a pain and haven't been able to schedule an appt. Or come to find out an appt with my PCP isn't available for another 2 weeks.

The process was quick and the physician was very accommodating and informative. Nothing like other urgent care facilities that are overpacked and overwhelmed. This place was pretty good.
