STARS Rehabilitation - Whitestone

Started using this place after my knee replacement. Have been going here a few months now. From Karina and Thomas at the front desk, who are super nice and always, always, always pleasant and great conversations! Truly service with a smile. Then to the therapists. Everyone I have had the pleasure of working with are fantastic… Very thorough and focused on you and your issues. Lizsandra, Davon, Raoul have always answered my many questions with patience and knowledge. The therapist aids are awesome too. Antonio, Hector, April, Flo. They truly make you feel cared for and always bring a smile to your face because they’re all so friendly and nice. Even though there is a STARS PT within walking distance to my home, I chose to stay here at the Whitestone location because I just love the people. And I’m making great progress thanks to them!! Highly recommend STARS Whitestone!!!

Phenomenal ultimate professionals Spotless. Everyone here is committed to helping patients improve their lives. From Almond to Frank to Duante to Raj. It is a true team effort. Thank you for teaching me the exercises to improve my health.

I had a great experience here. Paloma was my physical therapist. She was great at explaining the exercises and patient with reviewing them. The rooms and equipment are very clean and in good condition. Very welcoming staff. Highly recommend.

If there was a way to put more than 5 stars I would. The crew at this facility from front desk to therapist’s are truly outstanding. I have had a few surgeries and because of my therapist (Paloma) I am recover beyond my expectations!! I have worked with many of the therapists at this facility and they are ALL outstanding! Describing Paloma is extremely difficult because there are not enough adjectives to describe her abality. Paloma goes above and beyond in every session. I am truly blessed to have her!!

Paloma literally got me back on my feet after undergoing open reduction and internal fixation surgery due to suffering a trimalleolar ankle fracture. I started therapy while still using a walker and can now walk independently without a limp. She took the time to get to know me as a person and catered our sessions to working on exercises that would get me back to being a self sufficient mom of two small children. She is an outstanding professional and person who truly cares about her patients. Paloma has been a driving force in my very long and difficult recovery and I can’t thank her enough for everything she has done for me physically and emotionally during this journey.

My experience at STARS Whitestone has been great! I’d like to give a special thanks to Thomas and Deija for being very accommodating and helpful as receptionists, and a special thank you to Almond and Frank! They are an amazing team!
